Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour (6 nuits, 2 adultes/2 enfants) Points forts: - Emplacement IDÉAL 💫✨✨ Appartement dans une rue au calme, avec peu de passage de voitures. Mais proche de toutes commodités (métro, supermarché, restos, cafés, bars…) et extrêmement bien placé dans Londres pour accéder facilement aux différents quartiers. - Appartement petit mais très pratique et bien conçu pour un séjour d’une semaine en famille. 2 chambres avec lits doubles (et petites couettes individuelles pour les enfants). Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain également, et une mini terrasse à l’abris! Chauffages très efficace si besoin. - Hôte très gentil et serviable, même si nous n’avons pas eu la chance de le rencontrer… Arrivée et départ autonome (digicode) Point faible: - Insonorisation avec le pallier du dessus un peu légère… nous avons été réveillés une nuit par le départ des locataires à 3h du matin… Mais bon, en centre ville on ne peut pas tout avoir! Encore merci pour ce séjour!!!

Tolle Lage - sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man gleich bei der u Bahn und kommt überall hin. Die Einrichtung war stylisch, es war alles da was man braucht!

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in Cindys Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen Zugang zur kleinen Terrasse. Der Wohnbereich mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa kann durch Flügeltüren vom Schlafzimmer getrennt werden. Trotz der Lage an einer tagsüber stark befahrenen Straße ist es in der Wohnung recht ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 min von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station (Fulham Broadway) entfernt; Restaurants, Läden und 2 Supermärkte sind in > 5 min erreichbar. Bis zur Themse und dem Anleger der Linienboote geht man ca. 10 min. Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Touren in das Zentrum und den Westen von London.

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

I enjoyed my stay. The place is very pretty and matched the photos well, the only thing is the sofas are a little smaller than expected but they are great quality. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into the property design which is nice to see. On our first day the cleaners didn’t clean the place thoroughly enough which was not the best but Gbolahan was very responsive when contacted and was quick to resolve any issues which I really appreciated. The instructions to access the property were extremely clear and helped with ease when checking in. The parking bay is helpful. The bathrooms are lovely and very comfortable and the kitchen is amazing. The air fryer was a great addition. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and wanted to stay longer. It is a very homely environment and there is no noise so it is very peaceful. One thing I would mention is that the blinds let a lot of light through in the morning so it won’t stay dark and there is no natural light in the twin bedroom.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

We visited London for the first time and found Stephanie's place to be a wonderful home away from home. She and Jonathan were very responsive to our request for early check in and quickly remedied challenges we had with keys, toilet, and Wifi. The flat appeared exactly as advertised, equipped with all appliances we needed during our 10 day stay. This location is nice if you don't mind the 15 - 20 min. walk to the train station (great exercise). Shepards Bush Market is the closest stop if using the London tube. Thank you, Stephanie for your hospitality, flexibility, and dedication to ensuring our stay was comfortable as well as memorable.

Great house for a group, even better than the pictures and exceeded expectations! Nice outdoor space. Convenient location with ample parking. Would come back!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Jen est une hôte très réactive et disponible. L'appartement est bien situé, avec de bons accès aux transports en commun pour rejoindre facilement le centre de Londres. Le logement est parfaitement équipé. Nous serions ravis de revenir si nous repassons à Londres. Merci aussi pour le petit déjeuner, c'est une attention très appréciée ! ✨

This is a lovely, spacious house with comfortable beds and a great location. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

Fantastic choice for large families - 3 bedrooms and spacy living room - suitable for pack of 6. Easy to commute to zone 1 through Central tube line (10 mins walk from the station). Helen is a fantastic host, she even provided us with fresh milk, coffee and tea. She was responsive and supportive. Place was clean all required facilities were there. You can take advantage of a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and many more. I strongly recommend this place and the host.

Hui was a fantastic host. The home is beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for 3 families staying for a wedding. There’s a small grocery store with surrounding restaurants that was a short 3 min walk. Loved the natural lighting in the home and the outdoor space. Couldn’t have asked for a better space and location. Thank you for having us!!

The apartment was close to two Tube stations, so getting around was very easy. Our flight landed at 7: 30 and we were able to check in early and leave our luggage so we could roam around unencumbered. Before our trip we requested and received a list of places to go and directions to get there. Since we were new to London, this was very helpful, indeed. The bedding was nice and soft and it was delightful to sit out on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. On our last day, we got locked out but Nadine's husband (who lives downstairs) was available to open the door and let us back in.

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Lejligheden var ren og pæn, sengene udmærkede, der var stille og roligt. Vi havde dejligt vejr, så der var skønt at kunne åbne op og sidde på terrassen. Matthew var meget venlig og spurgte ind til, om vi manglede noget. Vi kan klart anbefale lejligheden til andre, der elsker Notting Hill og ønsker en god lejlighed til prisen.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We found this apartment to be the perfect launch spot for our brief stay in London. The location was so perfect. Just 1 block from the central line, getting around the city was a breeze. You're also walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point but the host was quick to retrieve our keys for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would recommend this place for up to 3 people who want a laid back London experience!

Très bel appartement. Facilement accessible en bus (2 lignes possible au pied de l'immeuble). Propre, confortable, spacieux et lumineux, on s'est senti comme chez nous. Quartier calme, sentiment de sécurité même tard la nuit. Commerces à proximité pour faire quelques courses. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Henri, très agréable à vivre. On se sent comme chez soi dans cet espace aux beaux volumes, lumineux et joliment décoré. La proximité des transports, avec deux lignes de métro et plusieurs bus, est un vrai atout. Hyde Park est également tout proche, et il y a de nombreuses options de restauration à proximité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

I stayed in Yvonne's place for my last night in London and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing evening. Great views, ambiance, and within walking distance to the tube where you can get to central London in 30-ish minutes. There's a cafe and a few grocery stores right by the station for easy, quick breakfast options. It was simple to get to Heathrow - also an around 30 minute tube trip. For solo travelers, I felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood from the station to the flat (~6 min walk) and the building was very secure. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay that's relatively close to the airport but also can easily get into the more busy parts of the city

Séjour très agréable chez Zoya et Alec. Accueil très sympathique. Merci à vous. Endroit calme, facile d'accès à pied du métro. Très bon logement. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir quand nous reviendrons à Londres. Fortement recommandé.
