Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. If you enjoy CAMPING, you will love sleeping in a vintage camper! Its Spring! the peepers are peeping. Also, the FIFA world cup games are coming - Gillette is 35 minutes away! We provide plenty of firewood to build a nice campfire. The camper is safely located on our property and has beautiful views of the woods. Plenty of fresh drinking water is provided. Queen bed. NO SHOWER or Running water. Portable toilet. Heat. Grill. WIFI spotty while in the camper.

Land + Sea is an 1890s farmhouse in the Head of Westport neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the East Branch of the Westport River. Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Close to Buzzard Bay Brewing, Westport Rivers Winery, farmstands, dairies, cycling loops, galleries/studios and conservation areas. Prepare local foods in the chef's kitchen or on the grill.
