Beautifully clean and new Excellent presentation in a quiet private location

The pictures you see of Swan Bay Views cannot prepare you for the amazing experience you will have when visiting. Glenys and Geoff go above and beyond to help any person staying at their AirBnB. This private space has all you can ask for - a TV with numerous entertainment options, a fully decked kitchen with an array of amenities, a comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom/laundry, a cosy backyard and the inviting spa. We highly recommend the continental breakfast, especially the sourdough bread and home-made jams. You will not want for anything, nothing is too much trouble and Glenys is a wealth of local knowledge. We have found our new home away from home. You have given us some food for thought and we’ll be thinking long and hard. Moby, our 14 year old dog also had the best time and enjoyed your pet friendly house and yard. If only we could rate more than 5 stars! We’ll be sharing with our friends :)

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

My family and I were so happy with our stay. Secure front and backyard meant we could leave our dogs safely. Dog beach walking distance from the house was so handy. Quick driving distance to food. Dawn cafe was lovely and The Dunes was excellent. Also super kid friendly my little girls (3 and 1) had so much fun there was toys in the cupboard and the house was well set up for kids. Lovely unit! Very clean. Perfect location, short walk to the beach. Only downfall was, there was no air conditioning so the house was like a Sauna. There were no ceiling fans either. Would definitely book regularly if there was air conditioning.

Our 5th time staying. We love our 7-10 min walk to beach, 7-10 min walk to playground and local cafes/grocery. Private yard, everything we need, very responsive hosts.

Our family had a lovely time. The house felt very comfortable and ‘homely’ right away. Our young kids particularly enjoyed access to the grassy backyard and sandpit as well as the picture books on the bookshelf. A really convenient, safe and quiet location. The instruction booklet in the entry way also provided lots of information about the area which was helpful and thoughtful. We would highly recommend it! Thanks Claire and Rhys!

Wonderful place for the family to stay. It catered for all age groups which we had from a new born to grandparents. Was quiet and peaceful. The host, Angela, was superb with her communication and very flexible with check in and check out times.

Not an Airbnb…its a home away from home! Jo & Mark’s hospitality is next level and their beautiful apartment is above & beyond the rest! They have provided absolutely everything you could ever need to make for a comfortable stay - a well stocked fridge and cupboards, way more than I have ever experienced. The apartment is super spacious, light & airy, the bed incredibly comfortable and I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jo & Mark for providing such an exceptional place - it is an absolute credit to you! I wish it was possible to give more than 5 stars…you totally deserve more!!

We travelled with our two young kids and Stew’s place was the perfect retreat. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Stew was friendly and gave us some great tips of things to do, see and eat around the area. The cottage was also very clean and comfortable - we would certainly stay again!

A great place to stay in Melbourne - close to the city centre (restaurants, the river) but also easy to walk to South Melbourne (market, parks, seaside). Spacious and well-appointed apartment with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Alix and Taj were great communicators with plenty of relevant information before and during our stay.

We had a really great stay, the kids loved the large garden space and had a lot of fun feeding the animals in the mornings. The house was very spacious, clean and functional. The location was also really good, very central to explore different parts of the Mornington Peninsula. We'll definitely look to stay again in the future!

Three generations of my family returned to make some more wonderful memories. The views are gorgeous. The kids love running around the property, bouncing on the trampoline and even going for a dip in the pool. We LOVE staying here!

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.
