Acerca de tu anfitrión

As a Failte Ireland Docklands Local Expert & Dublinia trained German and English guide for over 2 years, currently working with the award-winning EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum here in Dublin's Docklands, my passion for telling stories gets the chance to come through. It allows me to highlight aspects of the history of Ireland, Dublin and its people in the context of its Docklands. Let me share…

Qué haremos

We'll kick off the day with the tour of the Docklands, by walking along the river Liffey. We'll discover stories behind the Famine Memorial, the Custom House and the Linesman Statue along our walk, until we reach the area know as Grand Canal Docks. Here we'll be able to see how the face of the docks has changed. We return to the Northside by crossing the Samuel Beckett Bridge and make our way back…

¿Hay algo más que deba saber?

We will meet inside the chq Building in front of the entrance to EPIC. There is an information stand located here also. Feel free to ask me anything regarding this experience, be it related to the walking tour, the museum or dietary/allergy related requirements. I look forward to meeting you.
