We’ll increase our energy flow and state of happiness as we bathe our senses in the style of Shinrin-Yoku. Our guided mindfulness-based walk will take us from a lookout with splendid views of San Francisco Bay through stunning Redwood and Eucalyptus forests and across the wetlands of El Polin springs. All activity levels welcome—no hiking experience required. Dress in layers in case of cold, fog, or rain. We'll limit electronic use. Bring water, hiking snacks, and your sense of awe and wonder.

Qué incluye

Refrigerios
Mixed berries, chocolate and assorted nuts. I'll have these assorted snacks to be shared during our tea ceremony to conclude our experience together. Bring personal snacks to keep you fueled during the walk.
Bebidas
Forest infused tea! I'll provide tea, but bring your own water for the trail.
Equipo
Earth derived tea cups. Our post-walk tea ceremony will be made special with earthen cups, created for us in the spirit of the forest by my family.

Qué hay que llevar

Bring water and hikable snacks to keep yourself fueled during the hike.
Dress in layers in case of cold, fog or rain.
Sunscreen in case it's sunny.
Though we'll limit electronic use, you may want to take the occasional picture.

Feel like your amidst a vast wilderness right in the heart of the city. San Francisco’s unique urban setting boasts landscapes where forested hills meet seaside beaches with rich history, old military installations, and residential areas sprinkled throughout. We'll begin in Presidio Park at the Inspiration Point scenic overlook with iconic views of San Francisco Bay. From here, we’ll walk into the surrounding forests of the Ecology Trail.
