Un véritable havre de paix à seulement 45 minutes de Marrakech ! La villa est magnifique, entourée de verdure, parfaite pour se ressourcer loin du tumulte de la ville. Le calme des lieux, la piscine privée, le chant des oiseaux et le confort de la maison ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I had a truly exceptional stay at Andreas’s apartment in Pagkrati. The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with every amenity you could ask for. The large TV screen was perfect for winding down in the evenings, and the overall space was very comfortable and welcoming. The apartment felt extremely safe and peaceful, which made it even easier to relax. The location was perfect, just a short, pleasant walk to Syntagma Square and right in the heart of one of Athens’s most charming neighborhoods. Pagkrati is full of great restaurants, cozy cafés, and some really cool hidden gems that give you a taste of the real city. Andreas was a fantastic host, always responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful with recommendations and clear instructions from check-in to check-out. Communication was smooth and made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect base in Athens.
