Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. Villa Adagio is zoals je je een Toscaanse villa voorstelt en dan nog beter! Prachtige villa met heel veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Het zwembad deel je met eventuele andere bewoners op het terrein. Er zijn enkele eigenaren van andere woningen en ook nog een ander huurappartement. Maar zelfs nu in augustus was het zwembad meestal verlaten. De villa heeft een gastenverblijf met badkamer waar onze jongens van 15 en 16 sliepen (volop privacy en geen hinder van lang kletsen en gitaar spelen in de nacht 😊). In het grote huis 3 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Heerlijke woonkeuken met grote eettafel en natuurlijk de mooie loggia over de hele breedband het huis met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Mijn favoriete plek! De villa ligt privé en vrij afgelegen. Dichtstbijzijnde dorpjes zijn een kwartier met de auto en daar vind je zowel winkeltjes om boodschappen te doen als prima restaurantjes. Iets verder rijden ligt het mooie Siena, maar ook Montepulciano en Arezzo zijn niet ver en heel mooi

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à St Florent. Le logement de Jean-François était parfait pour notre famille avec deux enfants. Nous ne manquions de rien. Nous nous y sommes senti très très bien. Jean-Francois a été aux petits soins avec nous, ainsi que Gautier. Merci d’avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tina war unvergesslich. Paolo und Laura sind sehr gute Gastgeber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Perfekt für 2 Familien. Privater Strandzugang. Wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer. Ich kann Paolos Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit eigenem Garten und schönen Blick ins Tal und auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück auf der großen Terasse haben wir sehr genossen. Den relativ kurzen Weg zu den verschiedenen Stränden haben wir mit dem Auto zurück gelegt, da der Weg sehr steil ist. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen problemlos und unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Alles in allem sehr gut 🙃

I had the most amazing and unforgettable experience in Thiago’s place. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and the decoration balances pretty well a rustic and renewed aesthetic. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, I believe that visiting on spring season was a plus. The sunset in the dining table is breathtaking and the location was very strategic for us, as we went from Florence to Thiago’s place, visited Montepulciano and Montalcino that are pretty near Pienza, and then we went to Rome to return the car. Beautiful memories with our family, definetely recommend it.

Hus med fantastisk beliggenhet ved havet. Anbefaler dette stedet 14. juli da dere får en fantastisk utsikt til fyrverkeriet. Huset er av eldre standard, men det påvirker ikke totalopplevelsen negativt. Vi storkoste oss på den lille stranda rett ved huset. Veldig deilig med utedusj.

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Besten Dank. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool war eine Bereicherung für diese Hitze. Achtung, es hat sehr viele Mücken. Gut einsprayen oder was da haben, wo raucht gegen Mücken. Die Badezimmer sind hübsch, sowie die Zimmer. Es hat fast alles was man braucht. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und liebe Grüsse

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Casa del Fico in aprile 2025. La casa è molto bella, pulita e ben curata, collocata nel silenzio delle campagne retrostanti Marina di Pescia Romana, con numerosi posti letto a disposizione. Oltre alla sala da pranzo al piano terra ve ne è una anche nel seminterrato, entrambe con lunghi tavoli che consentono pranzi e cene anche per ospiti numerosi (noi eravamo in 9). Nel bel giardino è presente una piscina e un gazebo con un altro grande tavolo che consente di mangiare all’aperto, meglio se sotto le stelle, ben visibili stante lo scarso inquinamento luminoso della zona (specie per chi vive in città). Numerosi sono i luoghi da visitare nel circondario: Saturnia, Tarquinia, il parco archeologico di Vulci, Viterbo, il lago di Bolsena, la Maremma, solo per citarne alcuni, oltre ovviamente al mare. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Non possiamo che consigliare la Casa del Fico a tutti coloro che intendono programmare una vacanza in queste belle zone.

The villa is beautifully designed, elegant, and well-equipped to meet every guest's needs. It features spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families or couples. Everything in the villa is new, immaculate, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring a ground-level dining area and a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and breathtaking views. The location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. It is a five-minute drive to the stunning beach and promenade of Lido di Camaiore. We went on day trips for sightseeing to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Carrara, and San Gimignano, where we enjoyed wine tasting and a cooking class in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Massimo is a five-star PLUS superhost. He was passionate about providing recommendations for dining and day trips, which made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to stay again on my next trip to Tuscany.

Die Villa bietet alles was man als größere Gruppe braucht und auf dem großen Grundstück ist genügen Platz für verschiedenste Aktivitäten. Mitte September was es zwar nicht mehr so warm aber wie konnten den großen Pool doch noch etwas genießen. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

A beautiful property in a stunning location with great views. The property was easy to find using Waze. Once inside everything was clean and all rooms were luxurious and clean.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Villa Angiolina is truly beautiful!!! The view is incredible and everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host was lovely and gracious and responded very quickly to all communications. She even arranged for an amazing pizza party with a private chef that was just one or the memorable moments from our time at the Villa. If this Villa is available…just book it!!! You will be glad that you did!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten das Glück, fast die gesamte Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, da gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist familiär mit persönlichen Dingen der Familie aber genau das liebe ich an AirBnB. Erinnerte mich sehr an mein früheres Familien-Wochenendhaus. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das Letzte Mal hier und ich danke Fabio&Valentina, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit anderen teilt.

La maison est très agréable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Emplacement très pratique près de saint Florent. La piscine d'eau salée est très agréable aussi. Ainsi que la climatisation partout dans la maison.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez nos hôtes. L'accueil et les relations avec les propriétaires y ont contribué. Le jardin et la piscine rendent le cadre idyllique, paisible. Tout en étant au calme, proximité à pied du centre de Saint Florent avec toutes les commodités et son port. Logement fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.
