Peaceful seclusion in the country- 5 miles to downtown, 6 miles to SFA. 400 square feet cottage, parking at your door, long distance views, lots of land, private porch, full-size appliances, dishwasher, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in nearby wash house, WIFI, 2 TVs with 170 satellite channels, dog(s) only - (limit two, under 50 lbs). Little Pine Cabin is located in a quaint compound on the shores of Lake Sam Rayburn, but conveniently situated to visit Lufkin (18 miles), Huntington (15 miles) and Nacogdoches (20 miles). The cabin has beautiful views of the lake and complete access to our expansive shoreline. Please note this is an open concept cabin. There are walls but no doors.
