I had an amazing stay with my family at this house in Newark! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional, always responsive and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even offering helpful local recommendations. One of the best things was how easy it was to get to New York. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride into the city was quick and convenient. It made exploring Manhattan a breeze without the hassle of driving or parking. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with a fantastic host!

I was overly pleased with this house. They provide small things that you may have forgotten. Like shampoo and toothbrushes. Each bedroom has an extra heater, fan, extra blankets, and a little beverage refrigerator. The top floor space is like a cute little apartment.They really tried to think of anything you may or may not need. So it was easy to be comfortable there.Perfect place for medium to extra large size families. Enjoyed sitting on porch. A beautiful cherry blossom tree lives in the front yard. Great neighborhood vibes. Close to NYC. 30 minutes from Central Park. If you have a vehicle, free parking in the driveway is super convenient. The hosts are sweet. You are not bothered by the apartment below. We would definitely book again.

Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Her house was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the park nearby and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back.

Shante’s place is a great place to stay! Parking available, outdoor space, spacious inside, equipped kitchen, clean, and much more! Shante timely responded to my questions and comments. There is much to do within minutes drive from the home, and a trip to Manhattan a train ride away.

We had a great stay in Little Falls— every room was beautifully decorated, and the house was perfectly clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable with super soft bed linens and the neighborhood was quiet. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We were in town for a soccer tournament and would happily stay again if we return next year!

Alicia was a responsive and friendly host. She gave recommendations regarding nearby restaraunts and provided clear and easy instruction for check in and out. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood perfect for families. Alicia resided in the lower level of the home but you would never even know she was down there unless you caught her in passing. The space was very homely and many everyday essentials were provided. I look forward to booking with Alicia in the near future if i'm in the area or attending any events at the Metlife. Highly Recommended. Thank you Alicia !

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was a great experience. Sharon’s place is quiet, comfortable, and extremely well outfitted—kitchen was fully stocked and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. Bedroom is huge and beautiful! Parking was a breeze and I enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and nearby park. Close to an abundance of restaurants and shops in Bloomfield and Montclair. Highly recommend!

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the cleanliness for what we paid. The only disappointment was the fact that it is a sub-basement apartment with very little natural light coming in. This was not clear to us at the time of booking. AB Marketing were. very responsive to the requests and. delivery of additional pillows and towels. On street parking could be an issue if staying during week days as much of the local parking requires a residential permit. The off street driveway at the apartment was constantly occupied. The points I raise above are only minor issues for us and did not detract from our time there. We would definitely stay there again or at any other property AB Marketing operate.

My husband and I stayed at Alex's place since we were visiting our family who live in the area. From the start, Alex was extremely responsive and very easy to contact. The instructions were very clear on how to get into the apartment along with the wifi info. The apartment was exactly as listed and was very comfortable and spotless. We appreciated the phone chargers next to each bed and the extension cords there, if needed. It also has a small room between the kitchen and living room with a desk/table which is very helpful if you are the type of person that likes to sit down while putting on makeup or even eating the delicious take out breakfast we purchased from the local bagel store. There are plenty of restaurants around you can drive to and even great bagel and other places for breakfast or lunch within walking distance. I would definately recommend Alex's place.

I’m so glad I stayed here. The place was so nice and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The host was very nice, respectful and responded to message fast. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

D.D's place was exactly what I needed! I was visiting New York for research but was on a budget so stayed in Newark. I bet D.D's was 10x better than anywhere I could have afforded in NY and probably half the price. Getting to NYC was so easy, with the 107 express at the end of the road straight to Manhattan in about 40 minutes and the 39 at the other end of the road to take you to Newark station if preferred train that day. Besides being well connected, the neighbourhood was great too. Lots of convenient stores and everyone I encountered was friendly-enough. The area is rough around the edges but but a real community, reminded me of home. The room is perfect, everything you need to make it your own and your own mini fridge, closet and huge TV. The bathroom just opposite my door was also super clean and well stocked. Stylish too! D.D was super friendly and helpful, even though we only crossed paths a few times, but always there on message. Thanks for everything D.D!

Michael was very hospitable, he made me and my dog feel right at home. He was super kind to my dog, and let her run around his backyard. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There were also miles of trails not even a block from his home.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years. Not all reserved by myself. However, this is definitely in the top of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed at. That’s really important to me. I know things get missed sometimes, but I don’t want to see a strand of hair in the fridge I’m putting my food in or in the shower I’m washing my body in. Sometimes it’s inevitable and easily missed. But just a little more attention to detail eliminates that slight miss. Speaking of attention to detail, Lisa truly made me feel special when I walked in the door to a personalized note on the kitchen counter w/coffee and a snack. That type of attention to detail goes a long way with me. Just a simple thoughtful gesture. It’s the little things that are important! Also during our stay, Lisa remained in communication with me with any questions I had. It was an awesome stay with some preteens and a toddler. The teens enjoyed the game room while the toddler enjoyed the mini kitchen perfect for her size. Thank you!!
