This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

Great location for traveling in and around the Boston area. Short drive to the subway (Boston’s MBTA orange line) and local restaurants. Within 10 minutes of major fast food chains and department stores. House was comfortable and accommodated a large group without feeling crowded. House is on a high traffic street but surrounding neighborhood is quaint and easily accessible by foot.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at nearby Atkinson Country Club. The home is spacious and luxurious and allowed our extended family to all be together for this special occasion. Hosts were always available to answer any questions and made us feel welcome from the very beginning . Highly recommend .😊

Had an excellent stay at the cute carriage house! Loved the amenities and had a wonderful time in Rockport! Easy walking distance to all of our favorite places and so nice that we could bring our fur baby. We will definitely stay again when we return!

Very beautiful place, loved the interior design and how functional everything was. Lights in the Studio are really cool and very customizable. Very cozy and neat space! Host was super responsive and kind!

This house is perfect for the space / location. Not many listings with hot tub and still with great distance to things/beach. A very family friendly space / very ideal for large/multi family based on the kitchen/dining and outdoor areas. Note he is also transitioning/updating furniture which I think will help a lot.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.
