We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

10/10 stay with Naresh at The Barracks! Convenient location to walk only a few minutes to the hub of Fort Kochi, Santa Cruz Cathedral, Vasco De Gama Square and Princess Street. Also within walking distance to highly rated restaurants and cafes. It was quite warm and humid when we arrived, but the apartment is equipped with fans and an air con in the bedroom which was muchly appreciated in the heat. The apartment is also quite large, with an ample sized bathroom and separate dressing area. It is also super private even though it is on the bottom floor. Naresh and his team were super helpful with organising airport transfer and local recommendations - we also appreciated the small snacks on arrival.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this flat homestay while our home was under renovation. Everything here was clean, tidy, and well-prepared, making us feel instantly comfortable. Thanks to our hosts, Mr. Cherian and Mr. Alex. They were very accommodating and unobtrusive. Unlike some other places where hosts can be overly involved, they gave us complete privacy while ensuring everything we needed was available. The flat was fully equipped with all essentials, so we only had to bring our groceries and a few personal items. It truly felt like a home away from home. The locality is very peaceful and the evening breeze along the balcony was enjoyable. One small thing to note is that the roads leading to the property might feel a bit narrow for guests from bigger cities, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a fantastic place and highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Jacob was always reachable, responded very friendly and polite and took care we had everything needed. Hence, a great host. The apartment is very impressive and taken care of with a great view. Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.
