Beautiful, great place. The house is very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Marzia is very lovely even though we arrived quite late at night, she came and greeted us at the house. She is always responsive and will make sure that we arrived at the house safely .The apartment has two terraces with beautiful view. One of the best things is we can have breakfast at the nearby little Cozy Café call Nene. Everything there is wonderful. However, I think it’s good to have a car and it would be quite challenging to walk down to the town. There is some stairs to the apartment but we managed to bring our luggage there.

We had a great time on our vacation at La Berlera. It's a great spot if you're looking for a quiet countryside base for exploring the area and making day trips to Limone, lake Ledro or Tenno. The historic tower has been beautifully renovated. Our room, "Coel", was really lovely and had a great view of the surrounding winery. It's got everything you need for a pleasent stay for two. If I could make one change, it would be to add a dishwasher to make the stay even more comfortable for daily cooking sessions. When you're on the balcony in the evening, you can hear the lovely music from the restaurant below and the quiet conversations of the guests, which creates a really nice, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant itself is definitely worth checking out – the food was amazing. It's best to book a few days in advance. Adriana is a welcoming, kind host – easy to reach and happy to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend La Berlera at any time!

A very well located, clean modern apartment. Would highly recommend to families or groups. The ferry is right outside and the station is only minutes away. The hosts are also located close by - so you are in good hands.

Great apt. to visit Lago di Como. especially if arriving by car and if you are interested in cooking at the apt. Amazing view and balcony/garden makes it fun to just hang out there away from crowds.

I had a wonderful stay! Marianna was an amazing host – communication was always super smooth and very flexible. Whenever something came up, we quickly found a solution. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to all the action, but still enjoy peace and quiet. There are plenty of things to do and explore in the surrounding area. I can highly recommend this place!

Elisabetta was incredibly helpful! She was responsive and flexible with check in. She met us and shared many local recommendations and shared where everything was in the house. She was very quick to respond when we asked for local suggestions. Very friendly and welcoming!

My sister and I loved our stay with Claudio and Luisella. The apartment had a magnificent view of Lake Como and was only a few minutes walk from the town and ferries. Luisella gave us a a comprehensive briefing about how to use things in the apartment, where to eat and shop for groceries and information about the ferries. The apartment was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. At the end of our stay, Claudio kindly dropped us at the ferry dock which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily return one day.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Nah an der Loipe - nur 2 min. bis zum Start des Engadin Skimarathons.

Questo appartamento è un piccolo gioiellino curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci è quasi spiaciuto aver trovato tre giornate splendide di sole che ci hanno tenuto sulle piste e non ci hanno permesso di godere appieno dell'appartamento dotato davvero di ogni comfort. Host super ospitale, molto reattivo e disponibile anche alle nostre richieste di flessibilità oraria per quanto riguardava check in e check out. E' nostra intenzione tornarci.

Second stay at Maria’s, fantastic experience, Maria is delightful and helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment. Very close to the lake and everything Cernobbio has to offer. Quiet and private with a stylish comfortable decor. Perfect!

We stayed four days skiing in Flims and the accommodation made this journey perfect. Easy to access the gondola, close to the center and facilities, a parking space and a garden to enjoy the end of the day outside. All the information for the access and for the entrance was clear, the landlord are reactive and welcoming! We recommend, 5 stars ☺️ Thank you !

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was responsive, offered any recommendation we asked for, and even made numerous reservations for us. The house is beautiful and cozy and had the most perfect views. They also surprised us with food upon arrival and croissants the next morning. 1000% recommend this home and we will be coming back!

Perfect location as It’s located right next to See ski resort, also 10 minutes drive to Kappl and 20 minutes to Ischgl. Super clean and cozy flat, nice open views to the mountain, the owners are very kind family, they let us check out late so we could have the last half day of skiing and used their showers. Would definitely recommend their place if you’re looking for somewhere you can have quiet rests and acceptable distance to Ischgl ski area. Even skiing in See for a couple of days is cool. There’s also a very nice Italian restaurant nearby.

Thank you for being such kind and helpful hosts, communication was simple and always trying to help with train times and travel plans. We stayed with our four year old who loved the board games and cards. A perfect location and perfect hosts. Thank you

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Unterkunft und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Schon beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung waren wir begeistert: Alles ist modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Wohlbefinden gelegt wird. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastfreundschaft der Geschäftsführung. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Kontakt war jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit – genau so, wie man es sich als Gast wünscht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung rundum genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Matéo. Comme promis et sur les photos, la vue est incroyable sur le lac avec un coucher de soleil superbe sur Varenna! Le logement est très bien équipé , nous étions 4 et le canapé lit est confortable ; la chambre très grande! précision : il faut passer par le chambre pour aller à la salle de bain et les toilettes. La localisation est très bien si vous avez une voiture ( ce qui était notre cas), le " garage' était trop petit mais nous avons pu facilement nous garer à proximité. A 10mn max de Varrena où nous nous sommes garés sans problème en semaine ( plus compliqué le we). La communication avec Mateo a toujours était très facile et réactive, et tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien dans l appartement. L insonorisation avec l appartement voisin n est pas parfaite, mais cela n'a pas posé de problème car les personnes étaient respectueuses. Un lieu parfait pour un séjour inoubliable !

The apartment was great, the house is the last row in the village, very calm and relaxing. You can easily walk to the lake, and what we found great there is a boat that can get you to other places and Bellagio. We wished we could stay longer!

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The communication with the host was super friendly, and we were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The ski resort was easy and quick to reach, making it a perfect spot for a winter getaway. Small details like Nespresso capsules and soap being provided made the stay even more comfortable. The entire place was so picturesque – one of the most beautiful accommodations we’ve ever stayed in! As a family, we immediately felt at home and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

BEST HOST EVER ! Silvia was super kind to pick me up from the station so that i do not have to drag my suitcase all the way. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. It is 200 meters walking distance to everything! The Como lago nord station that is useful to go to Milan, Milan airport any anywhere else nearby, is only 200 mtrs away, the Carrefour market is right next to station. Como lake ticketing office and ferry hop on spot is 300 mtrs away!! About the house, it was CLEAN, every possible amenity one can think of was there. Bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly. Super comfy beds and pillows. There is an AC in case of hot weather. Room is well heated during winters or early spring. I would stay again ! Wifi worked great. Only downside is the noise from the street till late night but then that is expected as it is in city centre. Overall 5 out of 5 !
