Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.

Your safety and comfort is my priority! All surfaces are disinfected between stays. Heart of Leucadia: bungalow with unique personality, high ceiling, extra large windows face into the garden. Private entrance. The “Lair" is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not intended for children. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, and numerous favorite restaurants and shops within blocks. You can LEAVE YOUR CAR at home and still have an amazing vacation!

Hummingbird Oasis

Welcome to our private studio, suitable as a work space or a vacation get-away. Guests have full use of the Pool, Hot Tub and BBQ in the backyard, which is a shared space with us. The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. Casper Queen bed, Wifi, Smart TV with HBO and cable, microwave, frig, toaster, Kerig coffee.

Beach City Bungalow

Detached 400 sf studio with full kitchen, private redwood deck, and own entrance/parking. Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. Restaurants, live music, and quaint shops line nearby Highway 101. The large tropical garden has walking paths and seating areas perfect to relax in. The property is a true oasis! The Hideaway Leucadia is a 1 bd 1 ba detached space on our property with it's own private entrance and yard. Fully equipped for long term stays. It boasts 13' tall ceilings with exposed beams, artisanal finishes and boho socal decor. The couch is a pull out to sleep two additional guests. There is an outdoor firepit and market lights to enjoy summer nights in Southern California. Close to many famous surf spots; Beacons, Swamis, Ponto etc.
