Accommodation is perfect for two or a small family with one child, consists of entrance hall with utilities leading up to double bedroom, and shower room on the first floor, and down to kitchen, lounge , working fireplace on the ground floor. Cosy and comfortable in Rutland

Keep it simple at this peaceful two double bedroom cottage. Rutland has beautiful scenery for walkers and cyclists, great fishing , excellent pubs for Real Ale or great food and Stamford and Oakham are 6 miles away. This property has been completely refurbished , we had to take it back to bare brick and even replace the floors. New windows, doors, electrics, plumbing, gas central heating and we even had it re-roofed using original materials.
