Truly the best place to stay in Lucca! Close to everything you need. The host is extremely helpful, property is beautiful just as described.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento di Angelo. Lui è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicinissimo alle vie del centro. È spazioso, curato e perfetto per una famiglia. Tutto è stato davvero impeccabile, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Francesca & Emilio’s place is absolutely stunning. They greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were set up for a wonderful stay by providing recommendations and information. The deck is the perfect spot to relax with a bottle of wine or cup of tea. We walked into town for dinner every night which took about 15 minutes. It was honestly perfect to be outside of the bustle, but still accessible. I wish we could have stayed longer, we loved it so much! Thank you Emilio and Francesca!

Unica pecca (ma non dipende dall'host) il parcheggio.

Viareggio toujours un enchantement, même sous la pluie... L'appartement est idéalement situé en arrière de toute l'agitation et le bruit du front de mer. La résidence est agréable et fonctionnel. Un grand merci à Elia pour sa souplesse, dont je n'ai pas eu besoin au final.

Vista Ghirlandina è un bell appartamento molto spazioso con una vista stupenda a pochi passi dal centro.Molto confortevole e ammobiliato con gusto a reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole.Non posso altro che cosigliarlo a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Modena e dintorni.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen inmitten eines Dorfes mit gastfreundlicher Nachbarschaft. Es ist komfortabel und besitzt eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Truly an Amazing place if you look for peace in the middle of the forest. There is a train line 40min by walk to visit Bologna and Firenze. Many hikes around and a super friendly host! Will go back for sure!

Luca is a helpful, friendly and pro-active host who does that little bit extra to make his guests feel at home. The location is perfect for walks, and the town is 20 minutes by foot with everything you need. The old mill is architecturally impressive inside, feels very open and the bathroom in particular is new, spacious and very smart. Access to Luca, Florence, Pisa and the surrounding area is easy.

Beautiful and spacious house. Fantastic location with excellent views. Heating and hot water with gas but you can also use the fireplace. The owners are incredibly kind and willing to provide information and help if needed. The road leading to the house is narrow but fortunately there is no traffic. The route that the GPS gives first is not the best: ask the owners how to get there. I would like to be there again in the future but for more days! Thank you very much.

L’alloggio di Sonia è fantastico, perfetto per due coppie di amici, molto curato. Il giardino, la piscina e la vista sono un plus. Qualche piccolissimo errore di comunicazione ma nulla che abbia precluso un soggiorno eccellente. Sicuramente consigliato!

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

We just returned form a wonderful week in pelago. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning, if you want a relaxing break in private surroundings with amazing views in all directions. We were a group of 9 including four boys aged 4-11 and three grandmothers in their 70’s. The house had something for all and the games room was a real bonus for the kids with lots of Lego which was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pool which is lovely, large and clean and all yours with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Night swims after dinner were a real hit with the kids. We really hope to return to this magical place in the future. Nicoletta was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend

Appartamento provvisto di tutto e di più ( addirittura aspirapolvere, più di una grattuggia, detersivi, carta da forno, pellicola, carta d'alluminio, ceppo di coltelli, condimenti, asciugamani ecc), curato, pulito, davvero molto bello, unica nota abbiamo trovato i materassi troppo rigidi. L'alloggio si trova al primo piano di un condominio molto tranquillo e silenzioso, accessibile mediante un'ampia scala. Il mare si raggiunge grazie ad un sottopasso con scalini ed un tratto a piedi in pochi minuti. Host molto gentile, flessibile negli orari e scrupolosa. Consigliato.

Csodaszép, ízlésesen berendezett lakás ami minden igényt kielégít akár rövidebb, akár hosszabb tartózkodás esetén. Tágas, kényelmes, jól felszerelt. Kocsival 5perc, gyalog 30 perc kb a belváros, a közelben van egy nagyon jó kávézó, isteni péksütikkel.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, super sauber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut - zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Der Kontakt mit Sabrina war super nett und schon fast freundschaftlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden immer wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!!!

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sonia war eine gute Gastgeberin, sie war hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet. Check-In sowie Check-Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war sehr schön, besonders die 2(!) Balkone mit einem schönem Ausblick. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Entfernung zum nächsten Bahnhof, zum Meer und damit zur nächsten größeren Stadt. An einem unserer Urlaubstage hat es leider unaufhörlich geregnet, da haben wir leider keine Beschäftigung in der Nähe gefunden. Jedoch kann man es sich auch an so einem Tag gut in der Wohnung gemütlich machen und eine der leckeren Pizzerien ausprobieren.

Alojamiento muy cercano a la estación de tren, en unos 15 minutos llegas al Duomo. Por la noche puede dar una pequeña sensación de inseguridad, pero cerca de las estaciones de tren suele pasar en todas las capitales europeas. Las anfitrionas nos ayudaron en la apertura del sofa cama, ya que tuvimos algunos problemas. Lo único que no nos funcionó fue el wifi, pero puede que fuera problema nuestro ya que en principio el router funcionaba con normalidad. Leímos en algunos comentarios que había problemas de luz, pero en nuestro caso ha ido perfecto y nos hemos podido duchar relajadamente. Florencia es una ciudad de alojamiento caro y algo caótica, pero preciosa! Muchas gracias por dejarnos disfrutar se vuestro hogar

Top Wohnung in perfekter Lage und mit großartigem Ausblick. Einmal über die Straße und man ist im Strandparadies! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit - wir haben uns hier das erste, aber nicht das letzte Mal eingemietet 😃
