Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The Snow Cone cottage

450 square foot Waterfront cabin on lake Claiborne 5 miles from downtown homer la. Fishing/ boat dock located on the property for guest use. There is a community boat launch adjacent to property. There is an additional cabin on the property that sleeps 6 that can be rented separately. This cottage started out as a snow cone stand built in Ruston Louisiana that was moved to Lake Claiborne in 2020 and was stripped down to the studs and turned into a 1 bedroom tiny home.
