Hometown Hideaway is located near Ponca State Park- a great place for a weekend getaway! This charming house built in 1925 has been recently renovated and provides a great place to experience moments and create memories with friends and family. There’s lots of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Ponca has many hidden gems to discover! We are still putting finishing touches in the house, but are excited to share this beautiful home. Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

The coop was trailered over from our grandpa's farm, and converted to an Airbnb/summer kitchen! You will have two bedrooms, a living area and a kitchenette all to yourself. Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.
