Staying at this stunning home in Cape Town was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and warmth — it truly feels like a home away from home. Every corner of the house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, blending style and coziness in the most perfect way and super clean. The outdoor space is simply magical — serene, elegant, and ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Everything is immaculately maintained, and it’s clear how much love and care has gone into every detail. Franziska was an exceptional host — always quick to respond, incredibly kind, loving and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. She goes above and beyond in every way. Absolutely loved it. Dani was so helpful and her husband even booked a table for us on the evening we arrived at a gorgeous restaurant. The apartment is next to their home but you are left alone; no invasion of privacy. So central for everything and cheap Ubers to get into town, etc. Beds were soooo comfortable. Little treats of drinks, kit-kats, etc. on arrival. Lovely balcony on top floor. Spacious area. All in all, was a great stay and would definitely recommend/return.

É um apartamento independente da casa principal onde reside o host. Espaçoso, bem mobilado e equipado com um pequeno jardim privativo, com total privacidade e muito sossegado. A localização é ótima, numa rua tranquila, mas a 15 minutos a pé do centro de Camps Bay.

Sadly I never made it to CT due to an injury back home in Zim. My husband and daughter thought it was perfect and in a great location for the Waterfront, walks along the promenade and close to friends in Green point. Thankyou

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Cottage and found the house very comfortable. The location is great, with a short walk down the seaside. The views of the sea and the mountains from the 2 balconies were the star of the weekend. We enjoyed spending time at Silversands beach and the Betty's Bay main beach. The house was very neat and tidy; the rooms were a good size and the layout was perfect. We had a nice lunch at Kabeljou's at the waterfront in Kleinmond, only a short drive away, and also walked around the local stores. We had a great dinner at The Cork, in Pringle Bay, also just a short drive away. I'll definitely be returning to the Sea Cottage, Ann was so helpful, and her communication was 10/10.

What a lovely and comfortable home. Perfect location, right next to the nature reserve. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the tree house and running around in the garden. Easy walk into town. The house has everything you need and the view is just amazing. We wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

Nice spacious unit in quiet suburb. All amenities are new and everything works well. Worth the visit.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this would be a good option. Slightly outside Hermanus, near the lagoon. Large living room windows look out to the water, where you can watch birds and just make out the ocean waves in the distance. Kitchen was stocked so you can do some light cooking. One room had an extra sink, which is nice. We could only get youtube to work on the TV, but who needs TV on vacation? Pack a book instead. Weather was not ideal during our visit to use the kayak, but this could have been fun. Water looked shallow enough in parts to walk in.
