Such a beautiful home in a great location! Tucked back far enough that you’re away from the crowds, but close enough to stores, beautiful beaches, and restaurants! The home is clean and just as described. The neighborhood is secure and very quiet. The views from the rooftop patio are amazing. The host is also very helpful. Just down the road is a Costco and a 24/7 supermarket (loved this store). There is also a yummy gelato and crepe place close by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home if you are looking for a more laidback vacation and to get away from the resorts and crowds!! We will be repeat customers 😎

This is a great location for a family, couples and friends. when you go in through the two car garage it's like you just drove into a private compound. Pool and sun exposure is excellent all day. Kitchen is a little rustic, but there is also a separate barbecue station with bar and bar stools- all downstairs. Upstairs there are Two ensuite bedrooms, with large walk in closets/bathroom combo. One Room has a king size bed and a pull out couch. The second bedroom has two fulll size beds. There is also a gorgeous Lanai upstairs where you can sit and see all of Cabo, as the sun goes down. My one caution is for people with young kids that don't swim - due to the easy accessibility to the pool. Plus Oscar is amazingly responsive, and will work with you on check in/out times. I would definitely rent this location again.

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, it was a really nice house and perfect for our small family. And great to have your own swimming pool in the backyard. We enjoyed the access to all that Quivira has to offer. We ate dinner at the market most nights and spent a day at the resort pool as well as the beach. The host/property manager was especially helpful and responsive. Through them, we booked our transfer to/from the airport, rented a crib, arraigned for travel into town, and rented a golf cart. A golf cart or rental car is a necessity, as the Quivira development is very large. Will definitely be back!!

La casa está en una buena ubicación, en excelentes condiciones, muy amplia y limpia, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y pasarla muy bien con familia o amigos.

The house was great with lots of hang out spots (front patio, roof top patios, pool, common areas).

We loved staying as Casa Shona! The welcome pack was very thoughtful, the amenities were great, the outdoor area was beautiful. Seoniad was very helpful and responsive and even went to the property to check if we had left something there after check out. Highly recommend staying here!

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic spot for our group. We were trying to get some work and pleasure in and Maks place was perfect for that. Internet was fast in the living space and balcony but not great on the roof. The views are impecable and the rooftop is a fantastic space to lounge. Communication with Mak and his team was top notch and they were super helpful throughout our stay. As previously noted there is some construction going on next door, but we did not find this to be too inconvenient, although the music playing from the sporting courts next door was loud until at least 11pm, only mildly bothersome when inside at night. Not a super walkable area but a quick and cheap uber to most places was not a big deal, and the peace of being a bit further from downtown and the spectacular views made it well worth it. Overall would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. La estancia en el departamento fue muy buena, es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotografías todo muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, hay juegos de mesa y nos encantó la terraza aparte de bonita y agradable es privada.

Let me start off by saying if you are thinking about staying here, don’t think just booked. This place was immaculate. It’s in the middle of everything. Katrina is amazing, she will check on you and very fast to response. She booked a massage to come to the house. It was amazing, I am so sad I had to leave. muy agradable el departamento ideal para 2 personas, cerca a pie está una farmacia y tienda de conveniencia. Muy limpio encontré el lugar,,todo en orden y muy claras las instrucciones; la vista agradable a la zona de alberca con excelente balcón. Agradable para regresar.

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

El lugar muy limpio, muy bonito, todo en excelente estado, solo que es indispensable rentar vehículo

Alojamiento con descripcion acorde a las imagenes, tiene 2 sillas y sombrilla disponibles para ahorrarte la renta en la playa a la que decidas ir, el unico detalle seria que en el area de alberca no hay mucha sombra disponible, pero nada que mangas largas y proteccion solar no solucione. en general todo estuvo muy bien.

We stayed here for 4 nights over spring break with our kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The condo was perfect—very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the Pueblo Bonito Resorts, but I have to say, the staff at Copala were truly amazing. The shuttle service was super convenient. The ride to Sunset was always on time (we just requested it an hour in advance), and getting to the Rose and Blanco was a smooth, easy process. I’d definitely come back again! The only small downside was getting water and groceries to the condo since we didn’t have a car, but the Market at Blanco worked well for the essentials. It was nice to be away from the crowds at the resorts during spring break!

It was a beautiful condo, just like the photo. Large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Plenty of supplies, oil, spices etc. plus beach chairs, and coolers washer & dryer, Restaurants and bars within walking distance. We asked Eisaivador and the owner Tyler, the owner, about getting a bus from the airport, which we did. The instructions were easy to follow, and it cost $4 each, and that fare from the airport would take you all the way to Cabo San Lucas. We did a lot of walking to downtown San Jose del Cabo, and caught the bus to the local grocery store, La Coma, (which is where the bus from the airport dropped us off. From there you could walk about a mile to the condo, or hop on a different bus that dropped you right in front of the La Costa condo complex and then continued on to San Jose Del Cabo. A fantastic vacation. Maybe a ten minute walk to the beach. We loved everything about the vacation. We LOVED the guacamole chips and dip at Latino 8 bar & restaurant.

Está padrísimo el departamento!! Estuvimos muy contentos en la estancia, desafortunadamente no nos tocó buen clima y no pudimos utilizar la alberca porque el agua estaba muy helada y no tiene caldera pero fuera de eso el departamento está muy completo la seguridad es súper amable!! Sin duda regreso a cabos y a hospedarme con ustedes.. mil gracias por sus atenciones
