This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is amazing!! The best views, the best walking, and the spaces in the house are perfect for a group. We made dinner in and watched the sunset every night. We also brought our 6 month old son and it was a great location to be “nap trapped.”

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

My family and I had an absolutely perfect stay at Lori’s place! It had everything we needed and we felt right at home! Having the garage parking was a big plus for us, no need to deal with street parking. Everything like restaurants and coffee is within walking distance from the home, Rosemarie’s was our favorite! Our 2 boys (age 2 & 4) loved being so close to the water! The bay is steps away and Mission beach is right across Mission blvd. The icing on the cake for us was the sauna! My wife and I got to relax in there after some long beach days. If you’re considering Lori’s place, book it now! You’ll be glad you did!

Tina’s place was lovely and perfect for a family reunion. There were 10 of us (and a dog!) gathering together and the house was a perfect amount of space for all of us! The rooms were great and met everyone’s needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more to make meals at home, and the location was amazing to go on walks, dog beach, and target runs. The backyard was great for hanging out and there were plenty of extras to have a fun beach day. Tina was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to gather people and make fun memories, this is your spot! Thank you so much Tina for a great stay! :)

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Monroe was great! Very professional and the place was pristine, clean, and good value for the price. I would stay there again next time I visit.

Perfect place for a couple! Hot Tub is a bonus we used it every night while watching our show on the outside TV. Just a few minutes from the beach which was perfect! Was able to fit a 4 door Tacoma in the parking spot which helped out a lot

Vanessa's place is in a very very quiet neighborhood just steps from the bay. I am a SD native, I know the city very well. I actually lived in the area for many years. This place is totally worth it if your traveling with a family with kids. Plenty to do, plenty of space to sit and relax inside and outside. It has plenty of things to keep kids busy from books to toys very very nice touch. If available when we return definitely will be staying here. The short walk to watch the sunset in the ocean is worth every penny..

Outdid the pictures. What a brilliant house and beautiful location. Beach and pool right on your doorstep and so many wonderful places to visit. House was very clean in a safe neighbourhood.

This is one of our favorite townhouse among all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! 1. It’s very quiet and located in a gated community, which feels safe. 2. It’s close to the ocean. You can’t see the sea directly, but it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. 3. The house is super comfortable and beautiful! The host provided almost everything we needed, which made our stay very convenient—we really appreciated that. 4. The community is lovely, with swimming pools and a large ocean-facing lounge. 5. The location is convenient. Although it’s in North San Diego, it’s only 6 minutes to Del Mar beach park and 30 minutes to the south. The only inconvenience: the host requires guests to wash all towels or pay a $100 fine. This meant we had to start doing laundry the day before check-out. Since check-out is at 10 AM and we also needed to clean the kitchen, we were rushing to wash and dry towels in the morning. This was not convenient. Everything else is very good!

Our stay at this property surpassed our expectations in so many ways! The photos didn't reflect how beautiful, clean, spacious, and private our airbnb was. There was so much for our family of 7 to enjoy during our 3 day stay, together & individually. Our kids enjoyed swinging on the swings, going up on their loft to get the beautiful ocean views, lounging around in their pool, and walking around & exploring all the nature that surrounds this home. We were really impressed with the Spanish modern design of this home and the cohesiveness of the modern and traditional design elelments-it made for stunning photos! The host resoonded promptly to every one of our question; they reponsed within the hour to every one of our questions.

Wonderful stay - fantastic kitchen with great appliances and everything you need to cook a meal (a ton of spices which I haven’t seen before at an Airbnb) - the house was delight and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Avantstay was fantastic thought our trip - wish we didn’t have to leave.

5 Star stay! The home was absolutely beautiful! Proactive and thoughtful communication made the logistics a breeze. The guide for the home and surrounding area was one of best we’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend!

I’m still in full relax mode. This was a perfect spot for my family. 12 of us shared the two upstairs units. There was plenty of room and having two kitchens was a bonus. The location is perfect. The surf boards were a hit with the kids and myself. This was the first beach house trip for my wife’s side of the family, and they can’t wait to go back. Thanks Rick and Ginger you made our summer beach trip perfect.

The cutest cottage by the see. My little family enjoyed all the charm and history that Rosemont by the Sea had to offer. Very easy walk to the beach, and a lovely back yard to just enjoy the weather. We will definitely be back.

Michelle and Earl are the kind of hosts that go above and beyond for you! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were so many toys for the kids to play with and we loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. The beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella made our beach trips the best! We loved walking a few minutes to restaurants every morning and night and the yard is a most wonderful place to hang out after a long day. This truly is a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing location and a beautiful, comfortable home with amazing indoor/outdoor amenities. Mary and Gus are awesome and they have stocked the house with everything you could need from the kitchen to the beach. A GREAT experience and we'll be back for sure!

We loved our 10 days at Amanda and Jeff's. Our 18 month old granddaughter loved the toy room. We all enjoyed the very pretty and private yard. We chose this home because we love the area beaches, restaurants and overall vibe.

Heather's place was perfect for our family of five (kids from 6 months - 7 years). Tastefully decorated without feeling cluttered, we didn't worry about the kids breaking or destroying anything. Had everything we needed - travel crib, high chair, etc. Heather communicated so well. The location was just what we needed - easily drivable to all La Jolla etc up north as well as to anywhere in SD below. One note, the carport is a little tight and we had some trouble parking our minivan back there, though it shouldn't be too much trouble for a sedan.
