Eichwalde ist ein wunderschöner Ort am südlichen Rand von Berlin, 25 min mit der S-Bahn Berlin-Ostkreuz und 28 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Du läufst 1,1 Kilometer / 15 min von der S-Bahnstation Eichwalde zu uns. Für den Aufenthalt stehen einfache Fährräder zur Auswahl, mit denen ihr in 5 min an der S-Bahnstation oder der Badewiese seid. Ein Wald ist gleich um die Ecke, der Bäcker ist 300m entfernt, nicht viel weiter gibt es vier Restaurants, einen leckeren Eisladen und eine schöne Einkaufsstraße

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die gesamte Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert und modern eingerichtet. Neben den 2 Schlafzimmern und dem Bad wartet auf Sie ein großer Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine kleine Terrasse. Die Attraktivität von Eichwalde zeichnet sich durch die Nähe zur Hauptstadt Berlin, dem nahe gelegene Wald und der Wassernähe sowie dem vielseitigen gastronomischen Angebot aus. Vom nahe gelegenen Bahnhof "Eichwalde" ist man mit der S 46 und der S 8 schnell im Zentrum der Hauptstadt oder aber auch am Flughafen BER.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

WLAN and a private car park are available. A terrace and a garden with a small pond invite you to relax. The bakery and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away, Lake Zeuthen with its beach is approx. 7 minutes away. BER airport approx. 15 minutes by car, S-Bahn within walking distance.

Welcome to the green suburban oasis in Eichwalde! In our apartment for 3 people you will find everything for a wonderful stay. A large bathtub, a kitchenette to be able to provide yourself and with the queen-size box-spring bed and the sofa bed enough space for a restful sleep for 3 people. In our large, freshly renovated one-bedroom apartment, the focus is on feeling good. Only 15 minutes from BER and with S-Bahn connection to Berlin (S8/S46).
