It is the perfect home base for your day trips to Yellowstone, the Teton Valley, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone Safari Park (1 min Away), Bear World, the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, or visiting BYU-Idaho.

You can head to the dunes 5 minutes from the house via Egin Lake access, ride 100s of off road trail miles to Island Park, or a day trip to Yellowstone National Park! We built this 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as if it was our residence, with new central air conditioning w/UV filter, top quality furnishings, beds, linens, towels, Weber BBQ, dual fridges, custom cabinets and new appliances. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Our comfortable home sits on three beautiful acres in the country and is located 90 minutes from Yellowstone Park and Grand Teton National Park, 45 minutes to Grand Targhee ski resort and 7 minutes to Rexburg and BYU-Idaho. Enjoy a separate entrance to our basement which has 5 themed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large family room and kitchen/dining space. You may also want to enjoy the beautiful back yard, playground, deck, firepit and picnic spots. (Note: we live upstairs)

With parking available on site you can bring your toys and enjoy recreating in the beautiful surrounding areas that South East Idaho has to offer.

This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.
