Chill-Out-Area mit zwei Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Alleinige Hausnutzung. Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Berghütte auf 1000m mit Saunanutzung am Südhang

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. La casetta Friland Chamomilla si affaccia su un panorama ampio e luminoso che spazia dalle Alpi Giulie alla Pianura Friulana e, nelle giornate più limpide, fino al mare e alla Slovenia. In primavera i boschi si risvegliano vestendosi di nuove gemme, l’aria si fa dolce e il paesaggio si accende di sfumature di verde. Le giornate più lunghe e miti invitano a rallentare, alternando piacevoli camminate rigeneranti sui crinali in fiore a momenti di quiete, osservando il mondo rinascere dall’alto.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento. Dal 1 /4! 2026 il comune chiede la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona al giorno in contanti. .
