Great place for our larger group! Loved all the amenities, especially the hot tub which was perfect after a day on the slopes. Quick, easy drive to Shawnee Mountain and the downtown area. Host was also very responsive and proactive!

This cabin is as lovely as the pictures promise. Me, my husband and our 40-pound travel pet, Bella-Moose, did more than enjoy our stay here — we were able to do some healing too. A few days before our visit while on I-70 in Ohio, we had a steer tire blowout on our 40 foot truck custom cab big truck. I was driving at the time, my husband was in bed and that event shook me like a rag doll. It shook us all. We put the truck in the shop for repair in Philadelphia and needed to find a place to rest and recuperate. Adam’s cabin was the ticket for many reasons. This entire space is incredibly inviting. The moment you walk in it feels restful. I really appreciated their thoughtful touches throughout this space. From the wood walls, wood floors, stone sinks/shower, to the soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms - no synthetic scents or cover-ups. Just a wonderful, well appointed, spacious cabin to relax and rest. We stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time relaxing by the water in this beautiful cottage. The hosts were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole experience. Having a spotless space, well equipped with fun and function was the perfect base for a Poconos adventure. I highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area and we’ll be sure to book it again whenever we come back.

we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

This is a beautiful piece of property. We saw deer & eagles while sitting in the hot tub overlooking the view. The community is really cool too, and I hope to be able to come back when the winter activities are going.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and everything worked nicely. The place was so peaceful and private, and the surroundings were beautiful. We visited the Bushkill Falls, which is only a few minutes away from the house, so location was perfect for us. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub and sauna, but both looked clean and well-maintained. Communication with hosts was also excellent! I recommend staying here and would come back again.

Went for 3 nights with my fiance and our 2 small dogs for my birthday and let me just say this place is just like the photos! We are from Allentown. so if u are looking for peace, privacy and/or a mental reset this is the place!! The host is great!! They helped with anything we needed and their response time was amazing! Even when the HVac went out while we were heading there. They managed to get space heaters for us quickly and it was great! One thing I appreciated was the check up message. Thank you soo much!! We definitely plan to come back especially because I want to enjoy that fire pit, the weather didn't let us but that's ok. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!

Beautiful cabin great for all year round—we stayed in winter and especially enjoyed wood fireplace

Beautiful, clean 3-bedroom 1-bathroom house with comfortable beds, plenty of light during the day, quiet neighborhood, close to Shawnee Mountain and Delaware Water Gap recreation areas. Restaurants, grocery stores, gasoline are a 10-minute drive to Milford Rd (Route 209). We visited for a weekend in January 2025 to ski. We plan to try to reserve this again when we next come to this area.

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

Absolutely lovely lake house and we loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. Bob was great in providing instructions and information, and was very flexible. There is good parking for 3 cars, pictures and description is very accurate. You do have to walk down a path and steps to the house (as pictured), and the three main bedrooms are upstairs. The views are the lake are fantastic! And the covered porch on the back of the house looking out over the lake is just wonderful. This was a very special gathering of lifelong friends for a wedding celebration nearby and it was such a great place to stay to enjoy spending time together in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals, great appliances and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker (preferred) is provided. Wifi worked well. Bathrooms very clean. Lovely linens, bedding and towels provided. Bob was a wonderful host and this is a wonderful gem of a place.

David’s camp is spectacular. Meeting us two at the appointed time, he could not have been more gracious and friendly as we toured the property that he has been developing for over a decade. Our lodging had all the qualities of a cabin in the woods that we could imagine plus modern technology, a beautiful bathroom, modern kitchen, comfortable furniture, a vast bedroom, and a sheltered porches on two levels. David’s handiwork includes two fish ponds, a waterfall, and more features in progress. The camp is staggering in scope and execution, but David himself is the highlight.

We rented the cabin for New Year’s from the time we went in from to the time we came out it was a seamless transaction. Everything was nice and clean. Anything that you needed from the kitchen to cook or to even do laundry it was there. The family and kids enjoyed the fireplace. Location was also great . Very response host. Very happy overall .

Great place to get away and relax want to return in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Everything about the house was nice. The only issue we had was that it was cold (definitely needed slippers and a lot of blankets- the blankets provided were warm). There is a small stove fireplace that would help with that (just remember you need to bring your own wood). The hikes around the yard were cool but very short. If you’re coming in the winter, definitely be mindful of what is written in the Airbnb description about needing a 4 wheel drive car to get up and down the driveway. We had one and it was definitely needed or else we would have been stuck. Jeff was extremely responsive over text! Would stay again, when it’s not so cold out.

We had such a great time with ample space to relax and/or to play family activities! Scenic location! Also a great location to get to and from other destinations! ie Legoland, American Dream Mall etc. !!

This was a fantastic location. When I got out of the car and heard the sound of the river across the street I knew we had picked the right place. Carrie was super helpful and responsive, providing clear checkin instructions and notes about the many amenities the property has to offer. Everyone in the group had a great time and we will all be keeping it in mind the next time we are looking for somewhere to get away to!

Peaceful winter ski trip getaway. Cozy quiet home would definitely stay here again.

Such a cozy cabin! Clean, spacious for 4 adults- bathroom is tiny but the shower is quite roomy, comfy beds. But the real attraction of this place is the flowing mountain creek in the backyard. You just can’t beat the sound or that cold water. Neighbors are far enough away that you don’t hear them. Easy drive to Milford to see Grey Towers and definitely stop to see Raymondskill Falls nearby. The cliff trails near the falls aren’t marked very well- I definitely recommend using a trail map online.

The listing doesn’t do this location justice. It’s on a small local road with very little traffic. It’s right across the street from the creek and you can hear the water from anywhere in the house. The home is beautiful and cozy and very thoughtfully put together for guests. We really loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Plenty of grocery and other stores nearby to grab what you need. We stayed in and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and using the fire pit. A couple of things to note: 1. Don’t forget to ask for the code to get in before you arrive. We didn’t realize it wasn’t provided ahead of time and had barely any service at the house. Luckily we were able to connect to the WiFi from outside and got in touch with the hosts. 2. If you’re a light sleeper, you might not want to sleep in the upstairs loft. The water filtration system next to the spiral staircase ran very loudly one night for several hours

This was my first time renting an airbnb and boy did our gracious host Noemi set the bar high! If you are the type that can appreciate an 1840’s cottage in a town rich with American history, stop right here and BOOK this location. You will not be disappointed. The house is full of charm, the town (straight 10 minute walk to the heart of new hope) is majestic and did I say our host was amazing? She was and we cannot wait to go back!

We loved the cabin, it was well organized and clean, the scenery was beautiful, my family loved the stay inside and outside. We received a snack basket and lots of board games to play as a family, and my family had an amazing vacation there and we'd love to stay at his cabin again. It was a great experience.
