This secluded retreat overlooks fields and there is no noise...unless the wild geese are on the move. Newly converted, light & airy, settle into this cosy bolthole for a few days and get away from it all. Despite our secluded location, Oxford is just 15 miles away with a good village shop and several excellent country pubs within 3 miles. You can reach us in under 2 hours from London.

The property offers three bedrooms sleeping six: two singles, one double, and a king bed. Enjoy full access to a private garden and parking.

Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).

Cutter's Barn

A brick and Stone barn that sleeps 6, Cutter’s Barn has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is set on a small livestock Farm in stunning rural Buckinghamshire. Magnificent views of rolling hills and valleys on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, but close to Oxford and excellent transport links to London. Cattle and Sheep share the surrounding pastures with abundant wild bird and animal life.
