Wunderschönes Lofthaus mit großem Pool und Garten

Our house impresses with 180 m² of living space over two floors. The entire house has an air heat pump and air conditioning on the upper floor. Our loft house offers a wonderful view of the terrace, the garden and the pool from the large kitchen and living area. In summer, the lounge corner, the terrace and of course the large pool with counter-current system invite you to linger. Our house is perfectly air-conditioned and spacious. In the cold season you can warm up in the sauna while your children can play and watch DVDs in the play corner opposite the sauna. Our pool can also be heated in winter, so you can cool off after a sauna session under the pool cover at up to 23°. From December, our house is decorated for Christmas and we look forward to showing you the most beautiful christmas markets in Vienna and outside the city.

Dank der großen Fenster sind alle Räume sehr hell. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die hochwertige Einrichtung gelegt. So findet man unter anderem eine Küche und einen Esstisch mit Sesseln aus Elsbeer-Vollholz. Im gesamten Chalet gibt es kostenloses WLAN, welches jedoch auf Wunsch auch ausgeschaltet werden kann. Das Haus bietet Platz für 4 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern. Es gibt einen schönen Garten, Schwedenofen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Esstisch, 2 Toiletten, einen Fernseher. Die Gemeinde Grünbach verlang eine Tourismussteuer von 2.80€ pro Person/Nacht die Vorort zu bezahlen ist.

The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.
