Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Welcome to Cedar Ridge Farm, our 250-year-old farmhouse on 150 acres in Pierrepont, NY. We are conveniently located between Canton and Potsdam NY, and just outside the Adirondack Park. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, you will certainly enjoy the quiet countryside of our farm. We are SO excited with the complete kitchen/laundry room/bathroom remodel that was completed in June 2020. All appliances are new and the cabinets were custom made by a talented local carpenter.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.
