This place was just fantastic, better than the photo's. Beautiful space, light and gardens, a sun trap in which truly to relax in. The house itself is a brilliant design, with quirky, stylish interior which originates from the owners incredibly story and adventures. We cooked in a good few nights although there are some great pubs 5-110 minutes drive away. It's a great spot to explore from. We went to West Dean Gardens, The Trundle for walking, Chichester, plus walks with the dog from the house itself. The hot tub is a great bonus and adds to the holiday feel. The garden is big enough to play garden games in and for kids (and dogs) to run safely in. A true gem! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending or going back!

I'd like to say from start to finish Thi communicated really well, the house was lovely and everyone that stayed with us said the same in that it felt homely and had everything thing that we could ask for, a home away from home. It was right next to the canal in Chichester with very easy access to the main town with plenty of shops tk visit. We wouldn't hesitate in booking Thi's home again. Plus the treats were very welcome, especially for our niece who stayed with us.

Great home and location, we had a lovely long weekend there. The house has everything you need and more, and is beautifully kept and all instructions super clear and easy. Julian couldn’t have been more accommodating - would definitely recommend!

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

This is a lovely house; it's clean, well thought out, comfy beds, and felt quite homely. The garden really is dog-friendly too - walls on 3 sides and a hedge with stems close enough that a Labrador wouldn't be able to squeeze through. The host left some nice welcome gifts and was very flexible throughout the stay. The pub over the road does great food, and there are some lovely walks from the house. Goodwood, the coast, and Arundel Castle are all within reach. Recommended.

We had a peaceful, wonderful stay as a family of four during Feb half-term 2025, at the splendid Silhouette Stable. Every detail was well thought out to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The stable is cosy, super clean, private and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay there. Sarah was very helpful and friendly, visiting us as soon as checked in, and always on hand if we had any questions. There was ample information for guests to make use of the amenities, including the hot tub, and recommendations for walks and restaurants in the local area. I would highly recommend staying here.

Kates apartment was a lovely space with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was great to be able to throw the back doors open and see and hear the sea and wander down to the beach to admire the view across to the Isle of Wight and the ships coming and going. I even saw a cormorant. It was nice and quiet and even though near the beach walk still felt private. The flat was well equipped and the instructions very clear. We had a lovely weekend

A great accommodation option on the site! Location was beyond perfect, literally opposite the club house. The caravan was beautiful, clean and full of everything you need and more! Can’t recommend Janet and her caravan enough! I will be back!

100% recommend this apartment. You have lockable door leading to private stairs which lead to accommodation. I stayed there with my grandchildren who loved it too...Nice and clean...lovely decor...amazing big windows..has everything you require...nice and modern. Private drive to park in. 2 mins from pebble beach, no amenities there but so close to apartment doesn't matter. Small local shops and pubs walking distance too, not far to drive for more choice. Peaceful, great location and host was very charming and helpful. We especially loved our greeting from Bentley...family doggy 😀 We will be returning definitely.

We loved staying at Creydi‘s! The guest house in Southsea is 5 minutes away from many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and the beach. Other locations can be easily reached by bike. The acommodation was extremely homely with a great love for detail. Every question we had was answered immediately. We‘ll come again :-)

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

Poppy’s studio was just as pictured and very well kitted out. I had a lovely stay and was very comfortable. The area is lovely too, right by the beach and walking distance of town . I would recommend

Great apartment for short or long stays, plenty of room for two with a sofa bed in the living room too - the kitchen and bathroom were spacious, clean and accessible and the whole flat was a cosy temperature despite the single glazing windows. The host was very friendly and helpful and we would be more than happy to stay again.

We loved our stay at Tim's place - what a location! So close to the beach, lovely quiet neighbourhood and loads of beach walking and places to eat all close by. It's an excellent location for exploring - Portsmouth and West Wittering as well as the Hayling Island itself. Tim could not have been more responsive and helpful with all of his communication - first class stuff. Couldn't recommend this place enough and we will be back!

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

The property is brilliant and has everything you could need. The location is ideal and Emma is very responsive to any questions you may have. Absolutely recommend this place to stay and we hope to return next year!
