a lovely location and the view was amazing! lots of places to explore

At Sail Loft we felt like at home - very cosy place, very comfortable big bed, also we could find everything what we need for the stay starting from lovely blankets which snuggled us in evenings, and finishing coffee machine which is amazing for early mornings. Janice met us with lovely smile, invited us to the loft and guided every corner :) You can feel and see how much love Janice brought into the loft. The details and accessories are incredible. The lovely beaches are ~20min drive, Chilli farm (which I 100% recommend to visit) just down of the village (5 min drive), Avon Mill - beautiful place for meal, also worth visit Art museum and shop (~15 walk). So location of stay is great. To whom who loves countryside, narrow driveways surrounded beautiful nature, local farms and shops, and of course lovely beaches - highly recommend Sail Loft. One little disappointment the pub which is just round the corner was closed. It would help to resolve breakfast/dinner question.

Great location and amazing facilities, pool, badminton, table tennis, games room (complete with a resident bat). Super friendly and responsive hosts - recommend!

The upper deck is a charming studio set in an idyllic small town in south Devon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very hospitable and greeted us in person upon arrival. The amenities were complete and we enjoyed all the activities on offer. We will definitely be coming back.

The sail loft was comfortable, spacious and very homely. There wasn't anything we wanted for during our stay but know that Nick would have been extremely helpful if there had been. The view from the balcony is also quite something. Wonderful place for a quiet getaway.

Tracey's place is ideal for a quiet getaway. The apartment is stylish and cosy, situated in the beautiful countryside. We visited during the pandemic and Tracey had everything in place for a safe and enjoyable stay. The apartment is very environmentally friendly and stocked with eco and organic products, which is great. The location is ideal for cycles through the countryside, with lovely walks surrounding the accommodation. I'd recommend Tracey's place to anyone looking for a relaxing break and hope to visit again in the future- Thank you for a lovely trip!

The stay was delightful with Dot!! She is such a sweet lady :) she is so helpful and kind. I got breakfast every morning till I stayed with her. It’s safe, clean and exactly the same in picture. I will recommend the place to the couple or even for solo traveler like me :) I would like to go again in future:) Everything is near by just 20 minutes walking. So don’t need to take bus to waste your money. Regards, Ankita

The loft is a wonderful, spacious place, light and warm. Louisa is friendly and very helpful and accommodating. She was particularly helpful to us around check in and check out as we’d come a long way. Definitely recommend her and her space. The only thing I’d say is I would describe the place as “upmarket rustic” rather than a “Luxury apartment” (it definitely could be!) and if you’re not a foodie like me then “fully equipped kitchen” would work.

We have just come back from a wonderful stay in Brixham! (5 adults, 1 child and a dog) plenty of room! Extremely comfortable & brilliant location for Brixham harbour and surrounding coastal towns! Would 100% stay again

I enjoyed my stay in Luis’s attic apartment. It’s simple but had everything you need. Felt cosy and well looked after. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is bijou and there’s no kitchen sink but it was fine for making snacks, breakfast or drinks. Luis is friendly and I felt comfortable staying there alone. Thanks Luis! 🙂

Fantastic flat in wonderful location! Would highly recommend a stay at Abi’s place it is comfortable, chic, well equipped if you want to stay in, and right next to the sea and great restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!
