People love the gorgeous private courtyard as a retreat in the middle of downtown. Sounds of the El Burrito fountain, vines full of flowers and sunny private lounging while gazing at the colorful architecture. Unlike anywhere you’ve ever stayed ( well maybe Barcelona) . A great place to relax outside after a busy day in Santa Barbara. Note: the washer dryer in the indoor cafe area is used very infrequently by upstairs tenant. The bathroom is accessed from the courtyard- see the floor plan.

The bedroom is equipped with a mini-split AC and heater for year-round comfort. The studio offers one covered parking spot for one car. The home is one mile away from Downtown and the beach. Perfect stay for a couple; not suitable for pets or kids. We are located in the heart of downtown, so street noise can be heard during commuting hours.
