The pictures taken in spring don't really do this property justice in summer. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and private and full of greenery and flowers in summer! The home is wonderful inside too - lots of space, so much so that we never even used the TV room. Wi-fi was great (good speed for video/Zoom meetings and reliable). It's a nice 15 minute walk into the main street of town for drinks/food without having to worry about driving. There are just a ton of walking/cycling tracks in the area and all just stunning in scenery. A couple of notes - there's no AC as such, and one of the bedrooms (the bunk beds) is connected only into a king bedroom (and not the hallway; so these two bedrooms won't be ideal for separate parties/family). It's a great place to stay for large groups and highly recommend it!

Beautiful place! Looks as good as the photos. We particularly liked the activities (spa, pool, private yard space, tennis court) and facilities (big living room, BBQ, off-street parking, well-stocked kitchen). The pool and tennis court are shared with others from nearby accommodation, but the spa is just for the house. Plenty of hand wash, shampoo/conditioner and laundry liquid was provided. It is conveniently close to Queenstown, as well as the historic little town of Arrowtown. Overall, it was a gorgeous house and a very comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The home is even more beautiful and cozy than it looks in the photos. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly set up. Awesome place that literally has everything. Highlights were the sauna, hot spa, pool table and fireplace after snowboarding each day. Super close to The Remarkables and Coronet plus we drove an hour up to Corona and drive was easy. Highly recommended!

Very nicely, cleanly and beautifully arranged place. Has all the amenities that one could ask for. Extremely well kept place - inside and outside! Just a couple of mins drive to all the great places. Throughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great place to stay. Communications was very efficient and the few things we had to message about were dealt with promptly. Would stay again if we returned.

Lovely large house - probably 70s so not super-modern. Bathrooms recently renovated, loved the crisp linen and fresh white towells. Was there with my four adult children (18 to 23). We all loved it as it wasn't "precious" - we all felt right at home very quickly. Kitchen is large with enough appliances to make cooking simple - keeping it tidy was easy because of the space. A bar and dining table so a few options on where to sit. Open fire downstairs most nights. The internet was great - I could work quite happily while the guys went for a ski. Location was better than we realised - half way between Queenstown and Frankton meant we avoided the traffic jams into Queenstown (who would have thought a small country town would have constant traffic jams as skiers return every afternoon!) and could easily shop at Frankton - much cheaper and more choice. Only 10 minutes to the airport and multiple buses run both up and down the lake with a stop just a few metres down the hill.

Arriving at Tess's home was an absolute delight! The property is simply breathtaking with its modern design and stunning views of the hills and river valley below. This charming rural home boasts four bedrooms, a beautiful living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, making it hard to get up on some mornings with the fresh air flowing through the open sliding door. We had a blast doing yoga on the well-maintained lawn and sipping drinks on bean bags while watching the sunset. Queenstown is a dream destination with so much to offer - from wineries and bike rides in Arrowtown to thrilling activities like jet boating, funyaking, bungy jumping, and zip-lining. This was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed at! The house is absolutely massive and comfortably fit our group of 12, with more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy. One of the standout features was that each bedroom had its own bathroom—such a luxury and made things so convenient for a big group. Rory was a fantastic host—very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating, even letting us extend our checkout time, which we really appreciated. After staying here for nearly two weeks, the house genuinely felt like a second home for our family. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Queenstown. It’s the perfect base for a memorable stay!

Our family had a comfortable and stress-free stay in your cosy spacious home. Cromwell was a perfect spot to explore the region, and we loved the community and amenities, including the best pies in New Zealand! Private location, warm and comfortable, pristine bathroom, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great house. Very well equipped and lots of space for a big group. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed the stunning views in the morning.

Great stay for my team

Cromwell and Central Otago are always a spectacular place to visit in the Autumn with the colour change in the trees and surrounded by Lake Dunstan and the mountains. Sarah and co-Host Daniel were both very quick to respond to our communications, it was like a home away from home, had everything we needed, be happy to stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay here! Arrowtown itself is a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely come back. The property was new, clean and very well maintained. The only issue we had was that it wasn't very private in that people walking past could see right into the property which was a bit strange, including the spa which is very open. Otherwise really loved the property itself - nice, new and clean so good value for money. Thanks Lisa!

Had a great stay with some lovely walks down to the river, the hot tub was a hit.

This is a really great place to stay in Clyde. We used it as a base for day bike trips and it was easy to get everywhere from here. The house is very spacious and well-equipped. Six guests can spread out very nicely. Easy to warm up with the heat pumps and fire.

We can’t say enough good things about this place, it is very nice. The house was even better than the photos, spotless in all aspects. The modern style and decorations match perfectly with the house style. But the best was the balcony and the lake and mountains view, fascinating! Kitchen was very well provisioned, bathrooms and bedrooms sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. Close to downtown and the airport. I am looking for the opportunity to be back and highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Agnesa's place. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for us. We loved the quiet neighbourhood. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean. We loved the layout and style of the house. Would love to stay again.
