Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. Mt. Bohemia & Copper Harbor 20 minute drives away, sand beach & restaurant 5 minute walk. The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king & one with queen, with lots of closet space. Also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi. Kayaks available for use at beach 100 yards East at 8511 M26 Beach

Inside there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, sit in front of the fireplace, relax in the jacuzzi tub or even play a game of pool. Just a short drive to Eagle River, Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor.

Beautifully appointed cabin has every amenity of home. Massive stone fireplace greets guests after a day on the snowmobile trail or making turns on the ski slopes. Fully equipped kitchen means you don't have to eat out. Dedicated laundry space. Large master bedroom with master bath and a large walk in shower. Second bedroom and separate bathroom. Large open great room. Relax by the fire and watch the snow fall. There is parking available for snowmobile trailers.

The cabin includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and endless decks and shared dock to enjoy the great outdoors. Within just a few steps you can be a part of the town of Copper Harbor, where you can enjoy the history of the Copper Country, sightseeing, historic Fort Wilkins, quaint gift shopping, great local cuisine, and any outdoor activity that you could possibly think of.

A spa in the heart of the Keweenaw

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Stay in the heart of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula, not far from beautiful Lake Superior, Copper Harbor, and downtown Calumet's National Historic Park. We have added a “spa” room in our basement that has a large steam room/sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and full bathroom. Our house does not have a TV but we do have awesome Spectrum wifi. There’s also in floor heat and central air conditioning! Sorry no pets.

The Sugar Shack

🌿The Sugar Shack is a cozy 12x12 rustic cabin tucked into 40 Acres of Northwoods and located 17 miles north of Marquette. Hidden in the foothills of the Huron Mountains, you will be in close proximity to our best hiking trails, waterfalls and beaches. The little town of Big Bay is nearby with a general store, fuel, bar, cafe and restaurant.
