Georgia’s home is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Even though it was a rainy weekend and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space as much as we wanted, the indoors were just as great. The linens are fresh and cozy, the open-concept layout is great for a group, the kitchen has much of what you need, and the views are spectacular. Also, Georgia is very responsive if you need anything. My group loved our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed Elizabeth property very comfortable and quiet, we definitely thinking about coming back soon.

We had a great stay at Rupert’s house. As other reviewers have stated, there is a train that passes by the house. Each day, it passed 2-3 times but it wasn’t terribly noisy. We never saw the tenant who also lives on the property. We didn’t realize that the tenant’s home was connected to the house we rented. It didn’t bother us but thought I’d share. Rupert was very responsive when we had questions. His home was a wonderful place for us to spend Thanksgiving. There was more than enough space for my family of 5. We especially loved the dining room with the long table and views of the Esopus Creek, which runs right behind the house. Given the weather, we didn’t spend time down there but it was certainly lovely to look at. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

John & Laurie’s home was warm and inviting for our group’s New Years holiday. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and a well stocked kitchen. We weren’t able to make use of the lake because it was January but enjoyed walks around the property and the incredible bird sightings ! Bedrooms were cozy and the home is clean and well sized for a big group. Thanks so much !

Our stay was great! Hike in the morning and Caitlin’s place was the perfect place to end the day! Wonderful views of the frozen lake - even took a stroll on it! Town of Hudson/Catskills was just a quick drive away. Great place overall!!

We spent a week at this beautiful spot and never tired of watching the comings and goings on the river. It was fascinating to see everything from tiny sail boats to cargo ships gliding by us. Loved the wildlife on the riverbank too. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with modernised bathrooms and great showers. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a lot of glass. We were lucky enough to have some unexpectedly hot days during our stay but, not being keen on aircon, it did mean we wanted to open the place up and let in the breeze and fresh air. To be honest the windows and door frames and locks could all do with some maintenance/TLC as it was difficult to find ones we could open easily without fear of breaking them. Still a great place.

Wonderful spot right on the water with access via an easy dock area. House is very comfortable with both indoor and outdoor seating. Fire pit was nice next to water and deck had all the amenities you could want - seats, table, bbq. House is comfortable with living room having good seating and fine TV. Bedrooms were great and 3 bathrooms a big plus. Only small issues limited indoor dining seating (only 4 chairs and small table), not very private with neighbors right and left. However, these are small issues when you look at the value of 3 nice bedrooms, great location on the water, easy access to a great small town in Saugerties and very very easy to communicate hosts. Better than most AirBnB in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Jeanne’s place was just incredible. The lakefront views, easy access, and water toys make it a fabulous get-away vacation. The patio is delightful with lights, comfortable seating, fan, log burning fire, lounge chairs, and bird feeder that is so fun to watch. The grounds have gorgeous flowers, beautifully maintained. The kitchen is among the best provisioned we have experienced (e.g., blender, gourmet cooking utensils) and Jeanne provides so many extra’s—e.g., coffee, spices, maple syrup, pancake mix. . Although the space is a studio it is so well designed for storage and flexible use that it feels large and comfortable. High quality linens, bath and lake towels are convenient. Jeanne and Jim were very accessible for local recommendations.. We felt like guests in a concierge hotel but with private, relaxing accommodations. This is our second visit and we hope to come back frequently. Highest recommendation for Jeanne’s place.

The task of reviewing Bosun's Crack is challenging. Not because we didn't enjoy ourselves— but because whatever review that we submit will appear as pedestrian riff-raff from the hoi polloi, compared to Julian's ebulliently hospitable guide that he very much proactively shared with us several days before our arrival— featuring a comprehensive overview of Kingston's most trafficked trading posts, which definitely made our stay much more enjoyable that it would have been otherwise! We'll elaborate. From the Jacques-Louis David shower curtain and the certifiably delightful towel dryer in the bathroom, to the Passolini prints and plentiful picks of pasta— the attention to details were both fantastical and bucolic. Our dog loved the nookish alcove and may have annoyed the friendly cat upstairs, but we couldn't tell! Don't stay here, because we would prefer to keep this place clandestine for those who truly will appreciate the experience. But stay here, because it's eclectically lovely.

Great space for a getaway!

Mercedes is a wonderful host and provided us with excellent hospitality, giving us a very cozy and welcoming visit. We would definitely come back and highly recommend for couples if you’re looking for a nice getaway near Beacon and Fishkill.🙌🏻

Sarah and her husband John were friendly and responsive. Sarah communicated instructions clearly, and had reminders readily available. The property is lovely and private. The amenities were cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable! Thank you for a quiet and peaceful overnight. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful and comfortable space. It had everything we could hope for and was perfectly clean. The air felt and smelled fresh as we walked in the door. It was spacious and well appointed with extras like condiments, games and puzzles. There was a dog gate and potty bags in case we brought our pets. We didn’t bring ours this time but might in the future because we definitely want to stay here again. There were plenty of clean linens and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great. The coffee was delicious and there was tea too. We didn’t use the air fryer, but it was nice to have that and the gas stove in case we wanted to cook. Thank you for a great stay!

House was so gorgeous and well appointed with quality, high design things. Was so relaxing and a great view with all the comforts. All of the appliances you could think of- multiple different ways to make coffee, froth milk, blend, toast- had everything!!

The area was absolutely beautiful. Valhalla Lake was private with stunning views. The cabin was exactly as it was described and the book of directions that was left for guidance was easy to follow.

cannot recommend this cottage enough. aside from the fact that it's a hop, Skip and jump away from a beautiful swimmable lake, the property itself is gorgeous and perfect for dog people. we spent a night in the backyard with the fire, and another night inside stoking the indoor fireplace while we cook dinner and play board games. everything is as the host described, wylda is extremely proactive in her communication and pretty much read our minds in terms of what we would need and or want. she also decorated in the most beautiful way. it feels like a home, not some weird cookie cutter situation, it's clean and interesting and fun. I can't believe it's only an hour and a half away from Brooklyn.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the owners was incredibly easy. Mark was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The home is private and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The setup was beautiful and intuitive, making it easy to settle in right away. Inside and out, the place is just as stunning as the photos—immaculately maintained and thoughtfully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a very peaceful and pleasant visit at Daniel's home! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of extra sheets and blankets if needed, beautiful art on the walls, and in a beautiful setting. There were also plenty of appliances, so it was a very convenient and comfortable stay. We had a little trouble finding it, but Daniel is extremely responsive and friendly and gave great directions. I recommend this home for your next peaceful getaway!

Dana's house was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. It was an older house that had been totally redone with high quality amenities, furniture and appliances. There was everything you needed and most of it felt brand new! Dana was extremely responsive and provided a really nice welcome booklet with a lot of information about that area that was very helpful. This house was well worth the cost and I would for sure stay again!

Great stay for us and our puppy. We wanted to try some trainings and let him run free, he did not want to leave!! The nature reserve across the street was a great hike, we enjoyed every second. Thank you!
