Hardwood floors, barn beams, butcher block counter, full galley kitchen, private bath, vaulted ceilings - as part of the renovated original Raynes Farm Barn. This apartment is clean, private and isolated, with self check-in and plenty of outside space to enjoy. Located five minutes from downtown Exeter (w/plenty of take-out/delivery options) in an idyllic country setting, neighboring 100+ acre conservation land and a large network of wooded trails.

We disinfect spaces with UVC lamp & hospital-grade cleaning products as part of our deep cleaning & disinfection protocols, often closing between guests. Distance check-in. WALK to local fresh market, restaurants, cafes & bars for takeout or eat in.

Private entrance guest suite in a rural setting!

This is a private guest suite, attached to our home, with its own private entrance. There is no common area to the main home. It features a queen bed in a separate nook, a living area with a pull out sofa bed, and private bathroom with shower. Included is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee nook. The total room size is approximately 320 sq ft. Please note guests are required to climb 19 steps from driveway to our guest suite. Please consider your own abilities when booking.

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

The Barn on Broadway: A 1900's reno was brought back to life in 2025. This fresh space balances history with beautiful new finishes. It's a stand alone property with an open concept- loft-style one bedroom king, full kitchen, 3/4 bath and a cozy back patio. The space sits next to Body Mechanix Massage (don't forget to book your services ahead of time!) and is within walking distance to historic downtown Dover, just a short drive to many seacoast beaches and minutes from UNH.

Riverside Off-Grid Cabin

Unplug and relax at this peaceful, off-grid cabin on the Lamprey River. Completely private with no houses in sight, it offers sandy beach access, canoes, paddleboards, a deck for outdoor dining, and a riverside fire pit. In cooler months, stay cozy by the woodstove with tea, a good book, or a game night with friends. Explore nearby towns with great restaurants and arts, or simply unwind here in nature!
