Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. The Granary, Little Tahall Farm

The Granary is situated on our small working farm with stunning views over Wigtown Bay. Sleeps 2/4 with twin or double bedroom downstairs, single/double bed can be provided in lounge. Small child friendly, travel cot, high chair etc available. Short drive to beaches, Galloway Forest, hills and coast. Five minutes from Wigtown, handy for the Book Festival. Great for bikers, cyclists, walkers, bird watching or relaxing. One well behaved dog welcome, please advise us before arrival.

A luxury holiday cottage consisting of a wing of Kildrochet House, an early 18th Century Grade B listed building. Set within 5 acres of it's own land and situated in the beautiful countryside of Wigtownshire, South West Scotland. We started this listing in 2013 but only put the bare essentials in. Only today, April 4 2018 have we actually finished it. This is why we have had no guests or reviews from Airbnb so far! You can find 5-star reviews for us on Trip Advisor.

Close to the villages of Portaferry, Cloughey and Strangford, the area is rich in wildlife and heritage. Or just relax by the fire and soak up the magic of this unique place. Our other cottage, which is immediately adjacent, sleeps 4 and people often rent the two properties together for larger groups.
