We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

Gav's Abode is a hidden gem that is bang for the buck ! . We were a group of friends from Manila and need a stay in Dumaguete, check in are super flexible that Sir Donn allowed us to leave our luggages at around 9:00 am. The place was very spacious and didn’t even need to use the attic room because the ground floor bedrooms were huge and super comfy. It’s the perfect spot for groups looking to hang out, relax, and enjoy a stylish space together. Highly, highly recommend!

Townhouse of Tula's will be one of our top choices for staying in the Dumaguete area. The townhouse is well-maintained, well-stocked, and beautiful. Thank you so much. My wife and I were both able to work-from-home, cook-at-home, and relax with Netflix for the week we were there. I liked being in the Sibulan area, less traffic and noise versus downtown Dumaguete, but still close to restaurants and grocery shopping at City Mall's Save More. Great location and REALLY great home away from home.

It was was a nice stay for my wife’s family after a wedding plenty of room , the caretakers are super nice , and welcoming. Will book again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. As others had mentioned, the company of Oslo and Kirby, the two house dogs, was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting area underneath the house as well as the large deck upstairs. There’s lots of good restaurants in Dauin and it’s really helpful to rent a scooter for the ~10 minute ride. For divers, Liquid Dive resort is directly next-door, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Forest Camp is a truly beautiful location in the forest right beside a beautiful mountain stream and only 5 minutes by scooter (or tricycle) from Valencia or 20 minutes from Dumaguete. The staff are excellent and the rooms are built perfectly to compliment the beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a hammock hut the first night which was lovely to get fully in tune with nature but upgraded to one of the other rooms (Rambutan) after, just so we could have a private bathroom. I can't fault this place and would recommend it to anybody who enjoys being surrounded by nature.

Cherry is a perfect host. We've stayed at many Airbnb's and Cherry stands out as one of the best. We felt right at home. We were able to cook simple meals, she responded immediately when we had a couple of requests and she makes you feel like you are part of a little community in her complex. We were able to park our rental car. The place is fully secured with a steel gate. You just felt very safe and comfortable at Yoo C Apartments! Very cool place to stay.

This is a nice studio apartment, very private and secure. I recommend having your own transportation or you will need a ride when you want to go somewhere. The internet was good and host was easy to communicate with.

The actual place is so much better than the pics! So spacious and comfortable, so clean and well-maintained. It felt like home!

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Elle's place! My family and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living rooms and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to the Airport and the city downtown. Ms. Elle was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you so much!
