Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

Off the Tracks ATV Spot 2 Royal Blue & Tackett

Welcome to your home away from home for all of your side by side needs. This is a fully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 5 acre property. This is 1 of 3 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. No Parties

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
