Red Barn Loft Accommodation

Spacious open plan venue upstairs in a Barn style dwelling next door to our home. We can cater to up to 5 guests (min age 12 ). We have 1 king and 3 single beds. Sorry we can’t take wedding groups or pets and only the booked guests are welcome. The Barn is located in farmland between Warragul and Drouin. The listed fee is for 2 guests, an extra fee applies to each extra guest, also our advertised rate is for Monday to Thursday, extra fees apply for Friday. Pets live here with us too.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and adventure. Animals welcome and can be enclosed within the house boundary of about 2 acres. The scenary is breathtaking and there is plenty to do even if it's just to relax by the cozy wood heater, with plenty of firewood Close to bike/walking tracks and a comfortable drive to the ski fields. Walhalla is about an hour away and there are plenty of wineries and wonderful cafes in the area. 25 minutes to Gumbuya Park.

The home has 4 bedrooms (4th doubles as 2nd living) 2 beautiful bathrooms plus a third toilet.

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
