In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Stay at home in Reno

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

We updated the entire interior - new plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bath. The result is a crisp white modern one-bedroom that provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Reno.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Comfortable queen bed, workspace, dining table, Roku TV. Kitchen has mini fridge, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, Keurig, stove top, and all the cooking essentials.

Few other attractions include a golf course (Red Hawk Golf) and parks ( Golden Eagle Regional Parks) 5 minutes away.

Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property.
