This is a newly renovated cottage in Osterville’s “golden triangle.” It is approximately a half mile from the town center and 1.3 miles from Dowses Beach. You will have a guest parking pass, which you can use for Dowses Beach or any other beach in Barnstable. The home features a large deck with a fenced-in backyard, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you could need, including a Keurig and French press with grinder. The interior is modern and bright.

Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

Welcome to Centerville, enjoy this fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath home with an easy walk or ride to just about everything. Enjoy the nearby ocean and beaches, or take a ride downtown to Main Street for dining and entertainment. Only a short distance to the ferries for a day trip to the islands and you can be back in time to catch a concert at the Melody Tent. Enjoy your days by the pool and your evenings grilling out on the large deck or chatting with the koi fish.

Salt Tide Cottage is a private guesthouse with off-street parking and a serene outdoor space. It sits behind the main house with its own back yard space with hammock. Just a short walk to the ocean, beaches, the library and the general store.
