We needed a place for two couples to share in this location near South Point Mall, and it was 'a hidden gem' of a find for us all. Perfect for the week. The kitchen was very well stocked, loved the nice bed linens, bottled water provided, wide clean garage, nice bathrooms, backyard space to enjoy a fire pit. The hostess thought of everything for our comfort and was so responsive to any needs and prepared us so we could check in and enjoy an easy arrival and stay. If you want to rent a very comfortable family home, this is it! The pictures really don't do it justice, so go ahead with this recommendation to book with Robin.

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 dogs! They loved the backyard and how spacious it was! Although we didn’t get to use the fire pit it looked like it would be a pretty cool spot to hangout! The beds were super comfy! The tv in the primary room was huge! My husband loved that the best! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

Great place to stay in Carrboro/Chapel Hill. And the most organized and well stocked rental we’ve experienced in all our travels. The mattress in the master was so comfortable, we are seriously considering buying the exact same thing for our home. Overall just super easy and a very pleasant stay.

Having lived in the area previously and visited regularly, this place was 100% worth the price. Not only was the location great and the price excellent but the hosts were accommodating and responsive. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Off street parking was very convenient. Space was clean and comfy. Quiet and peaceful building with walkable restaurants. We were visiting our son at NCSU which was only 1 mile from the apartment. We would stay again and recommend this place.
