Perfect. My only regret was we didnt get to explore the area as much as we wanted during the day when the many walkable spots were open because we were on a work trip. Very responsive, clear instructions, even with my lack of navigational skill. I would love to visit again and will not hesitate to check availability here first. Thanks Michael and Bryce!!

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

Very clean, very nice, just right. It’s tucked back in a really busy strip area with plenty of food and coffee options that you can walk to. Busy outside but we never were bothered. Great place to stay.

Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! Taylor was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for being so kind and for also sharing your property with us!

A beautiful property! I hated to leave! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Covered free parking on the level of the unit made it easy to access. The step by step instructions were detailed extremely well, which made everything hassle free. Text messages and emails were promptly answered, and the communication overall was superior. Also, the Airbnb is in an upscale community, which is safe and walkable to coffee shops, breakfast cafes, and some really good eateries. Parks and safe walking spaces are all around. Loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay there again.

The Old Church was fantastic! It matched the description and photos to a ‘T’. Michael and Gwen were not only great and responsive, they also anticipated our needs and answered our question almost before we asked them! The materials about Louisville and tips/recommendations were very appreciated. The location was great and we were able to get where we wanted easily in Louisville. We definitely will look them up for a return trip in the future.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

Great place! Clean, tidy & cozy!

Kristen’s listing was just as it was described! In old town Louisville, right off the highway and just around the corner from many activities and attractions. We were in town the week before the Kentucky Derby, and my boyfriend and I could do our morning run around Churchill Downs and get up close to the beauty of the facility. The area has lots of character and we had plenty of space to park. We brought our pickle ball paddles just in case and to our surprise, the park across the street had plenty of courts!! We were also just a few blocks from Louisville University. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly be looking for Kristen’s property openings! Big thanks to the Hostess!

A beautiful home that is well designed, intentional, and flavorful in the best way. Art everywhere both inside and out, family photos, excellent décor, an entire room dedicated to feats of baseball, and a master bedroom dedicated to feats of... love. Right like it says on the pillow. Hosts were super communicative, helpful and easy to work with, don't be intimidated by the rules and regulations sheet. Yes, it's longer than a Tolkien manuscript but it is entirely reasonable and ultimately you are dealing with good nice humans who don't want people doing 360 kickflips off their hot tub deck while shooting off fireworks. Pro tip: If you use the hot tub in the morning and you are chill about it, you might see a Cardinal and/or a Blue Jay in the nearby trees 🐦

We stayed here for the Kentucky Derby and it was the absolute perfect spot. Close enough to Churchill Downs that we easily ubered there but far enough away to be nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house was GORGEOUS. The attention to detail-from the coffee maker options, hand blender, high quality shampoos and conditioners, nice hair dryer, Derby-esque wall decor, dimmable lighting, furniture, security of the door locks, etc. We absolutely loved it here. Picture perfect.

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

Our stay was perfect. We arrived late, and clear instructions made sure we were able to get in no problem. We were there for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk or rent scooters to KICC and 4th Street Live. Place was spacious and others who rented nearby were very jealous of how nice our place was. Bathrooms are big with lots of storage area. Sound machine in the main bedroom really helped with any outside noise on the weekends. Coffee in the kitchen was very appreciated and the toilet paper was a great quality which was a nice bonus.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Louisville - Walked several blocks on 4th, ate an excellent pizza at the Sicilian Restaurant, and went to the Palace Theater to see Alison Kraus on the first leg of what may be her last tour. The condo was spotless and well appointed, so we were happy to 'hang out' there as well. I would heartily recommend this condo. A great mini-vacation!

We were so pleased with our stay! Almost anything you need is close by or within walking distance, the place was clean and beautiful, and the history that you could see throughout the building felt so neat and special. It was such a wonderful place, and we loved that it felt like home when you walked in! We stayed here for a conference at one of the nearby hotels, and we all agreed that the accommodations and homey atmosphere were better than we could have ever gotten at the hotel! We will be back!!

This space is located in a beautiful historic building within walking distance of the downtown convention center, which was important as I was visiting for a conference and staying with colleagues. The rooms are large and spacious - especially the bathrooms and closets - and were clean and well organized when we arrived. Using the keypads to get in had a learning curve, but the host sent detailed instructions, so it was not an issue. The building is in a downtown area with access to several nice restaurants and coffee shops. There is city noise at night, but we weren't bothered by it. Thanks for the nice stay!

Loved the accessibility to the Palace! It's a gorgeous building and we could hear sound check by the band from the condo. The bed was pretty comfy and that's coming from a picky princess.
