Past the bathroom, there’s a 2nd bedroom w/kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee maker). Note: no full kitchen.

This nonsmoking and bright 250 sqft Craftsman studio is located 1 block from the beach. It is close to the Art District, Convention Center, The Queen Mary, Restaurant & bar.
