Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Cynthia!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay; the neighborhood/ home is historical and has a great downtown area to walk and see the riverside. We will definitely consider booking again!

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

The back half of a well made Florida bungalow with an open, sun room with a porch and backyard in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. A comfortably furnished with a modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Lawson is responsive and accommodating as a host.

Great property to visit Jacksonville. Will definitely be visiting again. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our visit!!

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Family of six for three nights. Centrally located and nice accommodations. Communications were great. Thanks for the stay!!

We had a great stay at Kristi’s! We were in town for a medical procedure and her home offered just the comfort we needed for relaxation and recovery. Incredibly clean and well stocked. Photos are pretty exact and the area was great. Close to everything and felt very safe throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Cindy was an amazing host! The AC wasn’t working when we got there and she came right down and fixed it for us immediately! She was so helpful in giving us recommendations of things to do in the area. The air bnb was in a great location and very safe neighborhood. Very clean and cozy! Would definitely recommend this air bnb and Cindy as a host!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

Our stay at Austin's condo was excellent! She has the right amount of decorations to make it feel at home! The kitchen is stocked with non-perishables for your use! The condo looked just like her photos! The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood. Austin even came out the first night at 10:30 because the air mattress had a small hole in it and she brought a new one! Austin responded to all of my messages prior to my stay answering my questions and giving me a recommendations! If I ever visit Jacksonville again I will definitely book with Austin again!!

The apartment literally had a view of the ocean! Not sure why Gary & Rachael don't have a picture of it! Sitting outside in the morning drinking coffee and looking at the ocean. Nothing better. Place is small but just enough space for two! Fold out bed was extremely comfortable. We plan to rent again.

We stayed here for a wedding at Casa Marina. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location allowed us to walk most places, including the bars and restaurants up on 1st Street. Breanna, the host, was very communicative and accommodating. When our flight landed early, she let us in before the posted check-in time. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Darlene’s place and will return every time we visit the area. It was very comfortable clean and very nice decor! Darlene was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.
