I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

Great location, easy to find. Lots of places to eat in the area. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4. Pool and rec area were outstanding. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

This place was perfect for us (2 couples and a baby). Having a pack n play and high chair allowed us to actually fit in the car with everything else haha. Multiple/other kids would be accommodated easily as well. We didn’t feel cramped at all so it made for a really nice vacation. Particularly the huge balcony having eating and relaxing space was so nice. Beach access was easy/convenient. Having the storage unit (including provided wagon and 2 chairs) was great to avoid bringing sand into the unit and simplified getting down to and up from the beach. Loved the neighborhood as well, able to walk to plenty of places and just generally nice, relaxing walks. Will definitely stay again!

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

This place was PERFECT for what I needed. I was doing a lot of food prep for an event and the kitchen and large dining table are awesome. The whole place was cozy. I didn’t use the pool or the workout room like I thought I would. There was always parking, the bed is comfy, shower, TV and AC work great. Quiet except for some traffic noise outside. Seema and Rohit were communicative and enjoyable. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, updated condo! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to great restaurants and bars. We especially loved the Tiki bar next door—highly recommend the fish tacos! Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

The home is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It was easy to find and just a quick walk away from the community pool and playground. We had a great time.

Jack's place was awesome. We had tons of fun with all the outdoor games and the game room area too. We loved sitting around the campfire area and just telling stories and laughing. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Makes you feel at home. Definitely will recommend! Thank you!

Yelena was very responsive! Asked about a grill and at first she said no. A couple days later she sent me a pic of a new Weber grill! The Mr. Coffee went out and she had a new one on the porch in 30 mins! She also let us use the garage door opener which was very helpful with multiple load in/outs for a wedding. All questions before arrival we answered very promptly! Nice place. Comfortable for six separate sleeping adults. Three nice full baths. Bedrooms are 1 down and 4 up which could be very useful with a guest with mobility issues!

This was our second stay at Danielle’s place and it was everything we remembered it being. The house was clean, beds comfortable, there’s room to spread out and it’s in a quiet location central to our needs. Danielle is always very friendly and responsive to my questions. It was a great stay!
