Bowers Beach: A Slice of Paradise

Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. We also have records, board games and puzzles to enhance the feeling of a cozy stay.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). Our private one-bedroom mini apartment features a full kitchen, dining room and private bathroom. Located in the heart of Dover, you’ll be just minutes from Delaware State University (DSU), Bayhealth Hospital, Dover Downs, local shops, restaurants, and more. Its central location makes it easy to get around the city while still enjoying a quiet, private space to unwind. Mini Aruba RV/ Glamping Tent

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.

The bay water NOT suitable for swimming, as it’s a shallow, tide-influenced habitat for marine life like horseshoe crabs. Bring bug spray & sunscreen. Sleeps up to 5. De Turf 17 min away. Must be 25 or older to book a stay.

Nestled among the beautiful farmland of central Delaware, the Savannah offers a spacious home in a peaceful setting. The new, well-appointed house offers plenty of room for the whole family. With both an upstairs porch and a back patio with screened-in porch, the views are panoramic and serene. Centrally located, this comfortable and roomy home is only a short drive to many nearby activities. However, with the wide open spaces and fresh country air, you may not want to leave!

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

Imagine a charming beachfront cottage with a spacious deck offering panoramic views of the bay. Inside, a cozy living room with large windows invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen beckons for group meals. Country Guest House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet. You will hear many farm noises such as roosters crowing, cows mooing & more. This home is located in the country & a min of 5 miles from stores and shopping. Full kitchen, 1 full bathroom & 1 queen bed included. Upon request Queen Air Mattress or Twin Bed can be provided.

Woodland Hideaway Private Apartment

Not just a room, you will have the entire apartment to yourself, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a golf course view. Conveniently located only 2 miles away from shopping, restaurants, Dover Downs, NASCAR and Delaware State University, 1 hour from Rehoboth beach, and 1.5 hours to Ocean City. Note: The apartment is connected to the main house by French Doors which are locked on both sides.
