Couldn't have been more happy with the location of this townhome! Just a few steps to the private lake beach! The view was wonderful! The home had everything we needed and was very roomy and comfortable! Loved our stay, thanks!

Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). The location was convenient and close to south lake. The place was well equipped all across and of course as shown in pics, the view from the living room was spectacular!

Amazing place! This was the most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—everything we needed was right there. It’s also in a great location, just a 3-minute drive to the Boulder lift. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back when visiting the South Lake Tahoe area again!

This place is quite close to beach and very convenient. Has restaurants and other shops are near by. We had great stay and place has everything what you need!!

The place was great, I just wished they inspected the equipment before we arrived, we did not have a fire place working for the duration of the time there, and we had several days of snow so it would have been nice to have it working

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

The location of the Marriott Grand Residence is excellent and the pool/hot tubs/amenities are wonderful! The studio was as described, fully stocked, extremely clean, and the communication with the host was great! It's also located across from the laundry room which was super convenient and the front desk staff are really helpful with any questions. For me the downside was the studio is facing the street so if you're a light sleeper you may hear the traffic in the morning; in addition I didn't find the patio that appealing since it was on the street. I would have extended my stay with Eli however he did not have availability so I booked a one-bedroom (2x size of studio) directly with Marriott for the extra days. I'll definitely stay at the Marriott Grand Residence again!

Doug was an amazing host! Our trip didn't turn out as expected, but Doug went out of his way to make sure we were okay. Definitely will want to stay with Doug again!

I loved Cindy’s place. It’s is a short drive to town, has great amenities and beautiful views. The layout was perfect for my family of four. We had a wonderful stay and we plan on coming back soon. She communicated with me very quickly when I had questions and was pleasant and friendly. Thank you again!

Cozy condo perfect for a quick ski trip to Heavenly. Could have walked to the lift but we drove and it only took a few minutes. Nick is an excellent host, always communicative and helpful.

I participated in some of the club activities which were very fun. Megan did a great job leading the activities. The extra large fireplaces to sit near on the beach at night were wonderful. The location of our condo was exactly what we wanted on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake, pool, and beach. Also the jacuzzi tub in the condo was a big plus. Thank you!

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Perfect location across from Stagecoach. Many stairs, but not a problem. An older property that can benefit from deep clean, but that is par for the area. Hot water, heating, laundry were all perfect. Overall a great place for skiing.

The View!!!!! Short Walking Distance for the Ski in/ski out! Can’t wait to go back!!!
