Host is very friendly and helpful. Small issues in the house was quickly resolved. House is perfect for 2-3 families traveling together and the kids had a lot of fun!

很乾淨舒適的房源，有KTV、電動麻將、switch 、烤肉設備等應有盡有，大人小孩都喜歡。 房間很寬敞舒適，每間房都有衛浴適合不同家庭一起入住。

整體很不錯，床很舒服，前幾天下大雨噴到熱水器導致沒熱水洗澡，房東趕緊開另一間浴室讓我們洗，解除危機～

The house was right next to the Luodong Night market, accessible, easy on check-in process as well. We met a pair of wonderful Bubble drink shop owner downstairs at 1st floor, we have enjoyed our stay there. :)

房東人很好，很好說話，服務周到，很棒的住宿體驗～

優點： 1.有附機械停車位，距離附近平面停車場也很近 2.走路就到夜市 3.非常親子友善，帶孩子已經很累，房源有準備嬰兒澡盆與椅子、消毒鍋、玩具，超棒，是我覺得最棒的地方 缺點，但不是大問題： 1.房源舊了點 2.隔音不好，一直聽到走廊或別房雜音，因為我們有嬰兒，好在有帶抗噪機，所以還是睡得不錯

房子地點近羅東夜市，步行10分鐘距離。整個房子整理的很乾淨、很有氛圍，空間也很大，適合一大家子、一群朋友來旅遊相處。 房東給的指示和幫助都很清楚，很推薦大家入住。

位置非常好，位在羅東夜市起點，走路去早市也不到10分鐘。樓下有屈臣氏，附近有24H喜互惠超市，缺什麼都能輕鬆補買。喜互惠有便宜大碗的切片水果，還有種類豐富的熟食，就不用在夜市買水果了。旁邊是大馬路，斜對面有大型停車場，但晚上這一帶非常安靜 房間設備齊全，床是king size，睡我們兩個胖子綽綽有餘，硬度雖軟卻很有支撐力，睡得很舒服；小冰箱滿深的，可以囤好幾杯飲料跟水果；小沙發跟兩個梳妝椅很硬 XD，沙發只夠坐一個胖子；茶几很矮但超大，擺夜市戰利品剛剛好，不過吃東西時，坐地板的高度比較適中；有小型除濕/空氣清淨機，電源跟壁面飾燈是連動的；熱水壺與可愛的馬克杯組都很乾淨；還有提供海盜插劍玩具可以玩 XD 浴室空間很大，不過洗手台很小 XD。除了基本的洗髮精、沐浴乳等盥洗用品，還有提供護墊、化妝棉、化妝水等備品，唯一沒附的是牙膏牙刷，基本上可以兩手空空來住 XD，不過習慣自家用品的還是建議自備，樓下屈臣氏也可以補買 室內隔音效果普普，走廊傳來的聲音比較大，我們是週日去住三晚，大多時候滿安靜的，睡得很好。窗戶是氣密窗，不太聽得到外面的雜音（垃圾車這種還是聽得到） 最大硬傷是水壓很低 XD，洗澡會洗很久，建議自備肥皂，比較快沖掉 房東回覆迅速，事前提供的入住指示很明確（樓層要從房號推測）。我們連住多天，擔心沒有垃圾袋，親切可愛的房東小姐姐馬上來幫我們開櫃補充用品+收垃圾，還順手多送了零食跟飲料 XD 超級感謝～ 整體來說住得非常舒適，設備跟用品齊全，還有提供迎賓點心跟小飲料，而且地點超好，CP值超高，很適合開車來或專攻羅東夜市的旅人～

Minutes walk to night market. easy accessible

Candy, the host, was amazing. She personally welcomed us even late at night when we checked in. She helped us with the luggages and even went to get fever patch for us after knowing our kid was having fever. Moreover she brought us around to a night market and was very helpful with things we needed. The house was relatively clean and the stench of smell that others mentioned, we did not experience it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hugely thanks to Candy!

和房东交流顺利和愉快，入住信息非常详细。位于住宅区，晚上非常安静。这个价格能有三间卧室，性价比非常高了。好评！

Location is a little tight for those who drive, especially if you bring along the number of people who can make full use of the space. But it is smack in the midst of a bustling market area and only minutes away to the night market. Not fully wheelchair accessible, for those interested in that (Lift is available but has a few steps up). Overall, host Ruru is very helpful and responsive to our needs.

The place was spacious and the home was kid-friendly. Great amenities for a family vacation :) A very responsive host who is very understanding.

乾淨、安靜、地點方便。有衣架。 房間在三樓，沒有電梯，所以對於要扛大件行李的我來說比較吃力。沒有對外窗。有個個人認為意義不明的小桌子，導致行李箱沒地方展開。 飲食方便，建議吃的東西在夜市吃完就好，別帶進房間。總體來說，是很適合背包課的房源。

Doreen and Kappa have a beautiful and spacious apartment which is a mere 3 minute walk from the night market. It's also surrounded by lots of tasty local, Japanese and Italian restaurants and is a few mins walk to several convenience stores, a watsons and a supermarket. The apartment itself is homely and comfortable and was kept spotless. Both of them were very friendly and proactive with recommendations. I highly recommend their cozy space for stays in Yilan!

這是最酷的羅東旅行！ 非常推薦參加馬克的行程，能夠帶你更認識宜蘭、羅東、南方澳，讓旅程增添更豐富的回憶～ 第二次回訪，時間允許的話推薦多住幾天，每次我們都安排2～3晚留宿旅行實驗所，會讓整趟旅程更加充實！這次還有參加家宴活動，非常的開心也留下很棒的回憶！下次還要再去羅東玩！

We had a lovely stay in this cozy home which was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The host & housekeeper was very nice, check in is easy. We love the flat very much and it indeed makes us feel like home during the two day stay in the area. We drove so it was perfect that we have free parking at the building. The flat is new, spotless and spacious. There’s sufficient clean towels ready, and bottle water refilled daily. We were surprised to find a leg/foot massage machine that is a delight for the parents after walking around a whole day. We will recommend the place and we will definitely come back to stay here next time we come Yi Lan (many more to see!). Thank you Host 😘

真的就像住在别人家，特别有生活的味道，家里非常特别，很多装饰和小的藏品，也有很多镜子。床对于一米八五以上的人来说有点短，不过我居然睡得还不错哈哈

Very thankful to the host for being flexible at checkin, as I didn't notice there was a stipulated check in period and was arriving from my country & Taoyuan airport late. However, host was friendly and showed me the apartment warmly. The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is a Family Mart opposite, and night market is a 10-minute walk away. (Bus and train stations are around 20-30 minute walk away.) There are many eateries nearby. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
