Most enjoyable 2 night stay in a clean, friendly, well organised and homely place. All good - no negatives Andy very kindly sorted a problem I was having with car phone and maps. I now need to make sure to exercise the tips he gave me.!!!!!

Ian and Fiona were very accommodating and welcoming! All communication and provided information was excellent! 😊 The Old Stables is a beautiful house, and the room with the bathroom upstairs is very clean and comfortable. The place is in a perfect location for all kinds of activities: hiking, walking, cycling, mountain biking, etc. - a great place! Highly recommended, and we hope to return! 😊

We had a lovely stay here! The house is cosey and location is perfect for walks and exploring. Lizzie was an incredible host and made us feel at home, would definitely come back!

Brief but enjoyable stay at Malcolm and Sandra’s comfortable home on the outskirts of Lincoln. Tea , coffee , fresh milk and a continental breakfast all provided in the room . Off street parking and a short walk to catch a bus into the beautiful city centre . Quiet tree lined street in a smart residential area . First class .

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay for a trip in the Peak District. The place is clean, comfortable, and everything you need (breakfast, parking, tv, ...) is there to make the stay even better. The hosts, Di and Rob, are very friendly and helpful. Andrea was an incredible host. So kind, helpful and warm, she made me feel right at home. She was also incredibly helpful on recommendations for things to do in the area. The space was lovely, cozy and quiet. I’d highly recommend.

We had 2 nights at Butler’s Retreat. Really good and top quality accommodation. Exactly as it shows on the photos and description. Sir Richard was very helpful and responsive in every way. We had amazing weather for February and took a lovely circular 2 hour walk from the property and enjoyed the tearoom lunch at the end.

Had a lovely stay at Patrick's property loved it and really friendly guy. Great setting and really close to the park, stayed an extra night because it was so nice.

This was the third time we stayed in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment while our son is studying at the university. It’s such a comfortable and well appointed place within easy reach of Leeds city centre but very quiet and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Kate's apartment. Firstly, Kate is a fantastic host and communication was spot on prior to our visit. The apartment is well looked after, spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Everything has been well thought out and you will absolutely 100% have everything you need for your stay. We loved that the apartment had a 'home from home' feel to it; our 3 year old and 19 month daughters loved exploring (it's a bit of a tardis with plenty of space!) and really appreciated the toys that were there. The local area is ideal for exploring all that the peak district has to offer. Highly recommend trips to Thornbridge Estate and hiring bikes along the Monsal trail. If you want to stay in and cook then it's no problem as the apartment has everything you need however you won't go far wrong if you decide to eat at Toll Bar Chippy (about a minutes stroll down the hill) or Stella's Kitchen located not far from Eyam. Overall, highly recommended. Would love to return.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

I had the best two nights stay I think I’ve ever had on Air BnB. I have two dogs which can make some stays more tricker but not only was this the best absolute spot for the dogs, the cottage itself was wonderful. The cottage has been lovingly restored/ converted into the most tranquil gorgeous place. The setting is bliss, nestled deep in the Addingham moorland. Waking up to the birds singing and freshly baked bread is rural the dream, it’s just so gorgeous. Location is fab, during my stay I went to Ilkley, Saltaire, Addingham, Beamsley Beacon and Ribblehead Viaduct. Lastly, the hosts were lovely, welcoming a very chilled. Exactly what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations - thank you

A very comfortable place to stay with a huge TV in the lounge, comfy bed, great shower and nice helpful touches - milk and biscuits are always appreciated. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in a great dispenser in the shower and easy parking on the property. After saying I wanted to go for a walk, Mark helpfully gave me directions to the local reservoir that can be walked around. There is a nice pub opposite this road (a very short walk, just around the corner) and various other places a short drive or longish walk away. I wanted a good walk so for me, walking to the local pizza and separate fish and chip shop was good. I’d forgotten that in this part of the world fish is often fried in beef dripping, delicious! After my walk back to Mark’s place it was nice to have a cup of tea and a couple of sweet biscuits. Mark’s place is in an interesting old building which has been painted and finished inside to a very high standard. Comfortable and perfect for my needs.

Juliette and Nick’s loft is a peaceful and comfortable space in a safe and affluent residential area of Bramhope. There is a lovely view through large windows looking out over gardens, fields and hills. The breakfast was generous and I enjoyed the nice toiletries. I also appreciated the plants, books, ornaments and thoughtful touches which made it a homely and welcoming place to be. Juliette and Nick were really hospitable and all communication beforehand was great too. We recommend the loft as a fab place to stay and look forward to returning ourselves one day.

We had a wonderful stay with Lynn and Gavin, highly recommend their BnB for weddings at Tissington Hall!

David and Justine are extremely kind and accommodating. The homemade breakfast items and fruit are a treat every morning! Special diets are taken into account and the hosts aim to make your stay special and comfortable. I was given directions for a lovely walk in the hills which I thoroughly enjoyed. I appreciated the electric blanket and space heater to take the chill off when needed. Shops for food and restaurants are a very short walk down the road.

Fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Jane and Jim for being fantastic hosts and making us feel so welcome, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location and home are beautiful, as was the breakfast. We also really appreciated your local recommendations which provided the cherry on top for a lovely weekend. 5* Bed and Breakfast We're so glad to have found this place to spend 4 wonderful nights. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. Karen and Chris were warm and welcoming from the very beginning and took care in showing us around the property which is beautiful inside and out. The room was stunning and had everything you could ever need and the soft and plump furnishings didnt go amiss. Everything was perfect! After a long day of hiking we were able come back to an amazing power shower, a large cosy bed and relax for the night in the nice fluffy robes that were on offer. We were always welcomed with big smiles first thing in the morning and set up for the day ahead with a delicious breakfast. Karen and Chris were always so attentive and friendly which made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We loved our morning chats with Karen, it felt like we had known her for years. We've found a little peace of paradise and we can't wait to visit again x

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

We've stayed here three times now and it gets better every time! The location is peaceful and idyllic with wonderful views. Close to the farm shop which has a massive restaurant and also close to The Lily pub which also does food. The house is spotless as usual and we are always very comfortable. Breakfast is incredible and will set you up nicely for the day. Thanks again Annette and Dave for being the best hosts x
