With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

L' Akers Cottage

Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.

The entire house is yours, easy Self Entry Doors, located on US Rt 2 and Androscoggin River, nestled in a Mountain Valley.
